Compared to other Michelin-starred restaurants in Vienna at a similar price point, this had to be the most extensive and thoughtfully curated dining experience. With only 5 tables and perhaps around 13-15 guests at a time, the meal feels very intimate. We were served 19 courses (perhaps more, considering the generous finale) over a 5-hour stretch. Each dish tells a story, taking you on a journey that lingers long after the final bite. My personal favorites were the moules, bread + caviar, the langoustine, the tourbot, cod with beans, duck, and choux cardamom. Four days later, and that meal is still living rent-free in my head!
As for the service, there was a slight delay at the beginning due to some late-arriving guests, but the warm, attentive host and the professional staff more than made up for it with their gracious hospitality.
