Restaurant Esperit Roca

We had already experienced the incredible El Celler de Can Roca, but Esperit de Roca is truly something different — and equally special in its own way. The service here is outstanding. Everyone was extremely friendly, professional, and always smiling, which immediately made us feel at ease. We chose to order à la carte because we wanted to try as many dishes as possible, and every single one was top-notch. The flavors were exceptional, with each plate showcasing creativity and a perfect balance of taste and texture. One highlight we highly recommend is visiting the wine cellar. It’s truly impressive and not something you get to see every day — definitely worth taking the time to explore. The entire restaurant is spotless, including the restrooms, which were impeccable. We also loved sitting in the garden area with a glass of wine; it’s the perfect spot to relax and soak in the peaceful atmosphere. What really stood out to us was how natural and welcoming the whole place feels. The combination of stone walls, lush plants, and thoughtful design creates a warm and authentic environment. Overall, Esperit de Roca offers an unforgettable dining experience. If you’re looking for a place that combines top-level cuisine, genuine hospitality, and a beautiful setting, this is a must-visit.

A really great overall dining experience, loved the service and the atmosphere. Driving up to the restaurant was a unique experience as well. Menu was not expensive and the tasting came with two choices - one that’s more dessert heavy or one that’s not. You could also mix and match. There’s also an a la carte menu. We got one of each with some add-ons (definitely ordered way too much food). The food was good and interesting but I think they actually excel in desserts here. Their cocktails were strong. :) unique dining experience and the restaurant was truly beautiful!

We came here with a big table of 9 to celebrate our 10th Anniversary. We were walked in by Josep himself, really enjoyed his introduction, one could tell it meant much to him. Food Excellent all around. While we had wine pairing at an earlier visit, this time being such a big table we went with bottles recommended by the sommelier, they paired great. Reasonable price for quality and venue, which is lovely btw. Finished off with some petit fours and coffee/tea at the terrace until the sun was coming down.

One of the best fine dining experiences we ever had. We've dined at a number of 2-star and 3-star restaurants across the world -Alinea, Central, Gymkhana, Le Bernardin, Per Se to name a few- and can easily say we had a top experience at Esperit Roca across all dimensions, including atmosphere, creativity, food, service, storytelling. The staff went truly above and beyond to ensure we have a great experience. Prices were reasonable all considered. And lastly, we got to meet one of the Roca brothers who came to our table to personally greet us which felt like a very special touch.

An exceptional dining experience all around. Every dish was imaginative, delicious and beautifully presented and explained. The service was impeccable and the location was amazing - they give a quick tour on the way to the restaurant which we found really added to the special feel of the occasion. Thank you - we will definitely return.

6/2 or 2/6. It’s really not a decision. 6/2 all day. The wine pairing was good cheese to the sommelier. Joesph came by the table which was nice. The dishes and production is as expected for the place. The prices not extravagant but reasonable.

First week of 2025 - Dinner with friends The arrival was not perfect, cold, you may feel somehow lost around. Then the welcome and guidance through the cellar (the new Pitu's toy!) and the nice dinning room. Tasting menu ok, with some 'ups and downs' ...room for improvement, sure. In all a very nice evening but needs more work! ...to be continued.

We already enjoyed the Celler de can Roca in 2019 so it was a no brainer to try this one. The food was amazing and fun. The decoration incredible. It just got one star but no doubt that more will come. Great service, thank you Ferran for your professionalism.
