Restaurant Fondissimo

It was new experience for my husband and i. Coming from asia we used to hotpot and shabu-shabu. Hence we were so excited to try meat fondue. We ordered set menu (appetizer, main course, dessert with tea of coffee) and it was delicious.

Food was deliscious, wait staff was great, i left completely stuffed, the only thing i would change is the drinks. I understand its a byow, but they should be able to offer alcohol free beverages that doesnt come in a can.

Loved this place. Reasonably priced with a bring your own wine option. The cheese fondue was spectacular and the Chinese fondue was very nice as well. I recommend one table d'hôte for two people as it includes one appetizer and one dessert. The rabbit confit appetizer was delicious as was our hazelnut fondue at the end.

Not my first time but always a pleasure to return! Easily my favourite fondue place in Canada!! Staff very knowledgeable of the menu and service is excellent without being overbearing!

Cheese and seafood chinese fondue were excellent. I had the cheese and all sides tasted great when dipped. We had scampis with the chinese and they were amazing as were the scallops. Service was very friendly and informative. Recently I've found that music in various restos that I have enjoyed was spotify playlists and this was 60's which was great. Used to be that music was a personal choice of the establishment, but this was fine. Wasn't immediately impressed with the terrasse but it grows on you and was quite nice - industrial revolution factory brickwork. BYOB offests the price and ended up being not too bad. Recommended.

Absolutely magnificent. The waitress was very friendly in explaining to us in English the menu and how to eat the fondue style meals.
