Restaurant Gran Delicato

Our last night in Helsinki was absolutely wonderful and eating at Gran Delicato is what made it so memorable. It is very rare when a restaurant makes you feel like you are just right at home. Dimitris was so kind and greeted us with such hospitality. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and explained the origin of each dish to us. The food was absolutely delicious and aromatic. I have visited this place a few times and i love it. It is pretty spacious with a unique layout. The food and coffee are excellent and the staff are very nice and friendly. I can finally drink my favourite ice coffee in Helsinki. I totally recommend it and I look forward to going back.

I love this genuine Greek coffee shop. The light food portions and coffee are of good quality. The decor has do it yourself feeling making it stand out from the horrible commercial coffee shop chains. The summer terrace is a big plus.

Very nice place, went there for a good cappuccino and a delicious hot chocolate. I can also recommend the pain au chocolat.

A hidden gem in Helsinki 🫶🏼 Cosy and personal restaurant with authentic Greek food with high quality ingredients. The service is at the highest level and the owners who also works in the restaurant are very professional and service minded.

Went here for breakfast on a Sunday morning. There were no visitors, I took a panini and a double espresso. Overall, not bad. There was no white wine, which is a pity, because the interior of this cafe contains elements of Greek flavor, and I really wanted to drink a couple of glasses of retsina to immerse myself in pleasant memories of this beautiful country
