Step into J'Go, where vibrant southwestern flavors and a cozy vibe transport you to France, perfect for indulging in hearty dishes and excellent wines.
Well located near Grand Boulevard, this French restaurant spécializes in south west food and drinks. They have pretty good meat (fresh and tasty! 👌) and they have a wide selections of wines from the region, as well as a few local beers.
The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, it can get quite busy and vibrant later in the night with good music! 🎶

It's hard to decide whether to spend most of the review on our delightful host, the delectable food, or the to-die-for wine pairings. J'Go is top of my list for my return to Paris.
The wine cellar and selections were out of this world. We had an incredibly fun dinner thanks to our host. Very importantly, I'm still dreaming of this French mustard and fantastic pork duo.

Came for a glass of wine with friends after work. We couldn’t help but order grilled duck because we saw someone sitting by us order it. It was delicious and the wine was a perfect pair! Will definitely come again!!

Very nice place to drink great beer / wine and eat excellent typical food from the south west of France.
The staff is helpful and nice, it's sometimes crowdy at late night but it's fine.
The music playlist is in majority french 70s 80s 90s and the sound system is really good.
I recommend it for sure.

we visited the bar a Saturday night in january. It was crowded and there were few places to sit even when you ordered food. In the evening, they played disco music and folks were enjoying themselves. It was great. I highly recommend french fries fried in lard. it was excellent and so was the service. They have also very good wines.

Average restaurant. With some many high-quality restaurants all over Paris, why come here? Not the food. Not the ambiance. Not the service. Despite a very attentive and smiling waitress, the food was mediocre, to say the least. Certainly not worth the price. Not saying this lightly. I got a meager, squalid and badly presented lamb chops. The starter was stale. Probably the bar downstairs is the only 4 or 5 star option. Hope they get better.

Amazing typical restaurant from south west of France. Certaintly amongst the best fries of Paris ! Very warming people working there, the cooking is amazing and the most valuable thing is the products highest quality. Every meat is directly arriving every day from precise farms S/W of France. The wine card is fabulous and you can even have an over-aged Armagnac in their dedicated cellar ! Wine bar and fine Épicerie downstairs and large rooms for dinner on the first floor. A must to taste in this city !
