You really can't beat this spot. Upstairs, overlooking the bay with fishing boats and the rocky mountain cliffs in the distance, with fresh mixed ceviche with a generous portion of several kinds of fish, conch, shrimp, octopus, and more, and a cold Peruvian beer, and the sweetest staff. They even made an effort to communicate in English, and I met them halfway with my minimal Spanish. Either way, the feeling of warm hospitality I got transcended language. The salted crunchy corn kernels brought out before the meal were so good too. This town is such a special gem, and this restaurant was definitely the right place to go to add to that experience.
