Christian was one of the nicest, kindest and best Maitre D I have ever met. The restaurant is one of the best I have ever been in Europe. I have some serious allergies Maitre D Christian took very good care of me listened carefully. We chose and arranged our food almost together. Food is ok quality, but the service? My spouse had a chance to order, I started to order something but the personnel turned away. We then shared a bottle of water and a sandwich. Personnel is probably paid badly or they don’t like foreigners… unfriendly. At these prices not acceptable.

My wife and I were walking around Basel and came across the restaurant. The restaurant has a beautiful patio and great food. The restaurant specializes in veal. I recommend coming here for a Swiss cuisine.

The food was ok, but the service not. We were a big group and the waiter ordered 4 bottles of expensive wine, without us ordering it. We complained and in the end we paid only 2, but it ruined the evenining. Never going back..
