Restaurant La Tasca

We were with four people. My daughter in law was immune compromised, so we asked for a table set apart from the other tables. No problem at all, so that was a good start. All tables were taken, but the noise level was low. The two dinner rooms are simple and elegant, and we immediately felt comfortable and at ease. The service was very friendly. The dishes and wines were excellent. We had four courses, each accompanied by a matching glass of wine. We paid euro 95 per person, not cheap of course, but fully worth it.

My second time at La Tasca, one of the most gourmet places in delft. It’s cozy and the food is nice. The dishes are small and since the set menu changed to an a la cart menu you should have 3-4 dishes per person.

We had a 3-course Chef's dinner at La Tasca as small group (3 people) and really enjoyed our meal. We got to try the seabass tartare with saffron oil and pea mousse (starter), porcini soup with lima beans served with bread (second-course), beetroot mille-feuille with chicory and green asparagus (main) and to finish it off, went for the blueberry tartelette with lemon curd and meringue on top. They have a limited but interesting selection of eines by the glass and bottle. The highlights for me were the beetroot; it was buttery soft and sweet but it could hold its shape and the sweetness was not overpowering, it was just right! And of course, the tartelette. I loved the textural contrast of the meringue with the custard, it goes really well with the sweet and sour taste you get from the lemon curd. We were very satisfied with the service as well, both our waitresses were very kind and they explained all dishes in detail, they were knowledge. La Tasca offers an elevated dining experience for good value, highly recommend!

The experience at La Tasca was amazing! Every course was delicious, perfectly cooked and flavorful. It was not over filling but just enough food. The wine pairings were also great. We had an extremely kind and helpful server, Aurora.

Got a reservation here with a deal from The Fork for a 3 course menu. It was very flavorful and fresh, nice friendly staff and seating by the canal for fresh air and people watching. 32 euro for 3 dishes was a good deal. Great for a date night, a bit elegant but not too fancy. Good wine list and aperol spritz. Really recommend the steak with glazed carrots, it's seasoned to perfection and melts in your mouth.

Fantastic dinner, great price, chic atmosphere and great staff. The chef greeted the guests at the end of the evening, nice personal touch. It’s a family-owned restaurant, father and son make the menu and cook it. Wonderful food, sophisticated and thoughtfully combined ingredients!

Small menu with limited choices, food was excellent and the highlight of the menu for me was the desserts, both the cheesecake and the tarte tatin were made to perfection!

Very nice concept! Super nice food with nice wine arrangement. Great personal service. Boyfriend is still a bit hungry though but that’s always the situation ;-).

OMG! The most amazing culinary experience that I've ever had in Holland. I truly mean that - just that stupendous!! Came here with a large group - and were greeted warmly by our waitress - who promptly seated us. Then....whoosh! From the salad to the pasta to the meat courses -- the presentation was excellent, beautiful colors, masterful pairings and just plain darn delicious!! You must stop here if in the area. You will not be disappointed. After eating in many of the local restaurants in the area - don't waste your time - come directly to La Tasca!!

We were lucky to book the last table of the evening. Had the 3 course fixed price dinner adn started with the cocquile st Jacques followed by the halibut and beef dishs. All dishes were perfection. Far better than a Michelin one star we ate at in Paris last week.

I am a sucker for classy. La Tasca embodies classiness. From the moment you make your reservation on the phone to the time you leave, you will not get a chance to feel anything different. I highly recommend La Tasca for a classy dinner date, romantic even. Space is at a premium in Delft, so don't expect lavish furniture, but sit down as you await the wonderful food. They don't have a fixed menu. You get to choose the number of courses you would like and the chef makes sure that you don't leave hungry. We tried the four course menu and paired it with wine. As you can tell from the pictures, presentation was key. The service was great, and I don't think I ever waited for my drinks. The dishes just kept coming. Being vegetarians, I had to make sure that they would have something suitable for us before I made my reservation. They delivered wonderfully. I am not even sure about the names, but as a picture says a thousand words, there is proof that I had a lot of fun. The evening was wrapped up with a casual stroll along Delft.

Just had an amazing dinner there. When we got there they told us they have a system for ordering, you tell them what u can't eat (if u r vegetarian, etc.) and wait to be surprised! I was initially worried, as we were a group of 7 from different nationalities with different dietary requirements, and some where really picky. But we were really pleasantly surprised! :D and to top it up the waiters were very friendly and understanding.
