Right in the heart of Moustiers-Sainte-Marie above the river lies La Treille Muscate. The perfect location for a romantic meal. In the existing feedbacks you can either read it's one of the best restaurant around or some sad experiences, but in full honesty this place is worth going. Quality / price wise you can't be disappointed. A menu (starter + main course or main course + dessert for 29.50€) of that quality remain to be seen. It's not the best food I had, but I didn't expect a 3 star Michelin either. It's a great restaurant in a gorgeous town and your belly will be more than happy for your time spent there. Furthermore, if I were you and was planning a stay over, you can look up for the "Maison de Jules" which are the rooms rent by the same owner of the restaurant (literally next door), spacious, squeaky clean, modern and quiet and all of that at a reasonable price. I can only recommend any of the above.

This must be one of the best restaurants in Moustiers. This is not a tourist meal restaurant. You will need to make a reservation and opening hours only allow for 1 seating. The menu is seasonal and changes frequently. Very good price quality.

Impeccable service ! Great food! Wonderful experience! We were very late for our reservation and nevertheless they still waited for us. The raspberry Virgin mojito and the panna cotta were absolutely delicious. There was sweetened mint in the dessert that was crunchy and juicy at the same time. I've never had something that unique before. The tuna was great😃👍. Ten out of ten!

Had dinner there without reservation and were seated immediately. The food was good (limited vegetarian options - but at least there were some). The staff was really nice - even though I can imagine that working with the owner is terrible. She’s meddling in everyone’s business and is very loud. Basically always saying what she’s thinking all the time. Doesn’t help with the atmosphere to be honest.

Fantastic! We were given a wonderfull table inside with a view over the river. The food was fantastic and the service as well. Definitely worth going here!

Went for the menu de la platane, the most expensive one, and yet the most economic for the variety of dishes. Did not regret it. The meat was especially good. The Brie with truffles was to die for and so was the chocolate dessert. If anything to complain about, it would be the old bread. Plan enough time and reserve in advance on Saturday night.

Delicious food, great service, a welcoming host, and views of the cascade winding through the village. I couldn't choose between the roast rabbit leg or the local speciality: Les pieds et paquets comme les faisait Mémé Antoinette (stuffed tripe with lambs' trotters), so I had both! The latter was served from a small cast iron casserole left at the table, which had plenty of thick, rich sauce left over...until I finished it off with a spoon and bread. So delicious!

We were here 28 of October with my mom. Nice location, seems like nice menu But! The lady Servien (big boss) working here terrible and spoiled our great day and here is the explanation why: - once we came inside (out of the season, not busy at all) fantastic and professional waiter met us and was on the way to show the tables available. Meanwhile madame said in a rude way that we have two options- this or that - but the table we wanted she strictly said no. Even though we had a bad feeling we decided to stay - we were not hungry so decided to order drinks and one menu to taste. In fact she is got big time upset and emotionally said - one menu for one person and (again in a rude way) removes the cutleries from my mom side Terrible terrible and again terrible impression. By the way the food was good and waiter (young man) was trying to make us more loyal . Many thanks to him
