Forty years as a chef/restaurateur, in NYC and Hawaii, I know a little bit about the business.
This is, hands down, one of the best restaurants we've eaten at in France.
Food was creative and well executed. Bravo to the young chef.
Service was friendly, as well as professional.
Ambiance, according to my wife (retired designer) is spectacular.
All that alone, would rate five stars, but the owner goes a step further. For those of you, in or were in the business, read the owner's response to some of his negative criticisms. He supports his staff, and for me, that rates an extra star. Highly recommend this restaurant.
