I recently visited Le Cèdre, a Lebanese restaurant with three locations in Zurich. I went with a friend who is a regular, so I happily trusted her recommendations and I’m glad I did!
We ordered three dishes to share. We started with Fattouch, which instantly became my favorite of the night: fresh, vibrant, and full of flavor. Next came Hommos bil Lahme, a deliciously creamy hummus topped with tender minced lamb. Our last dish was Jawani bi Thum u Cusbara, a wonderfully juicy chicken served with pomegranate seeds, adding a bright and slightly sweet touch.
Everything was truly flavorful and well-balanced. I would highly recommend making a reservation, as it can get quite busy even during the week.
