Vers nice food and service in a nice setting. Try the lamb which is really nice as well as the Brioche Perdue as a dessert, a must! The moules were nice but too much salt in the water. Unfortunately they don’t have any vegetarian option, that’s really a pity.
They have a menu main dish + dessert for 30er which is very interesting!

The restaurant is nice.
Service: However, the service is slow. And it’s not slow about the cooking but about the servants that serve you. Because we had been waiting for a bottle of water for 20 minutes and it arrived when the food arrived. While we were waiting for water the servant was serving water to the customers who arrived later and were sitting next table.
Food: the fish (dorade) was not fresh at all and had some smell that you could smell from the plate…. The vegetables served with fish were tasteless.
It was quite a disappointing experience after all good comments…

Amazing food and superb staff. It is pricey but worth every penny. Don’t miss on asking for a bottle of local wine (as they are so yummy) also, baked camembert and mussel and frites are a must!

Lucky to have found this restaurant as we only arrived late at Ajaccio and wanted to have light but proper dinner. The owners and servers are all very friendly. I was very happy with the salad with goat cheese on toast, and steamed mussels with vegetables was nice. My friend’s octopus salad and the seared scallops with brown rice are more sophisticated dishes and were both lovely.

Great lunch, walking distance to the market and the birth home of Napoleon Bonaparte.

Food was really great and the service. But, bit of sewage smell (or mold) and lots of smokers inside the closed space bothered a bit.

Fish soup very bad: we could not finish it. linguine ai frutti di mare: seafood is like eating a shoe: i am quite sure everything was frozen. Small street without air: everyone was sweating a lot even thought outside was windy. Also very expensive espevially for what it is.

Yelp
A safe choice if you've had bad experiences in Ajaccio.
Don Quichotte offered us some respite and a stress-free experience when we visited.
Me and my friend had gone through several disastrous experiences in other restaurants/lunch places while visiting Ajaccio, that honestly left us traumatised! But Don Quichotte lifted our mood and made us feel welcomed. The waitress was approachable, warm and friendly. The owner came to greet us and ask us if everything was ok. The food was a bit rich (as you would expect from French cuisine), but tasty and the portions were good. The bread was decent. And the prices were ok. I recommend this place, and don't hesitate to let the staff know if you've had a long day and need more time to decide or need help choosing from the menu. When we visited, they were truly a pleasure to talk to.

Yelp
This is a must-stop for lunch. Wow! It was one of the best meals we've had. Delicious, fresh, flavorful and on a quaint side street where you will find locals. Google translate will help with reading and speaking just fine.
