Restaurant Le Neptune

Everything about the place was beautiful, the food, the view and the setup. The restaurant was particularly mindful about our lil baby and provided a high chair. The servers were very kind and playful with the little one which brought a smile on our face. The food was excellent. The desserts were the perfect cherry on top to finish the meal. Loved it!

We had the set menu, the meal was just perfect. The views down to the harbour made this an occasion to remember. Staff very attentive. Highly recommended this restaurant

Views were outstanding but unfortunately the service took away from the experience. It took 2 hours for our mains to arrive after about 1.5 hour before an appetizer was delivered and drinks were forgotten more than once. With having two children (10 and 7 year old) it was not the expectation of a place with the price point that it has. Food overall was good, main dishes under season but fixed easily with some lemon and salt. We wished it had been a better experience, maybe it was an off night for the restaurant.

The restaurant has a beautiful setting and view on Collioure. Well protected from the sun. Staff well trained. Welcoming. Excellent food, great menus and à la carte. Tables well presented. Make sure you book your parking place when reserving a table as it is very difficult to find car parking spaces in Collioure. Highly recommend.

A rather disappointing experience, unfortunately. The place is beautiful and the staff were polite and attentive — no complaints there. However, the food took nearly two hours to arrive (not exaggerating), and when it finally did, it was wrong — twice! To make matters worse, the dishes themselves were quite underwhelming/ weak. A frustrating evening overall. That said, I trust this was just an isolated incident, as the restaurant seems to have a solid reputation

What a lovely restaurant and I cannot understand the bad reviews. All food was very well presented and tasty, arriving nicely and without any delay. The waiting staff were all courteous and did everything right as they did with the other tables. The view, of course, is what most point out and that is quite something.

The hubby and I had the pleasure of dining at Le Neptune during lunch on our trip to France, and it was an extraordinary experience! The food was absolutely amazing—especially the fish, which was cooked to perfection and paired with creative, delicious accompaniments. The desserts were a standout as well, bursting with flavor yet perfectly balanced without being overly sweet. Every dish was a feast for the eyes and the palate, beautifully presented with care and attention to detail. The customer service was exceptional. The staff made us feel incredibly welcome, going the extra mile to accommodate my husband by speaking in English. They were also very helpful and accommodating with my reservation, ensuring our lunch went smoothly. Of course, we can’t forget the breathtaking view—one of the most magical aspects of this restaurant. Overlooking Collioure during the daytime added a special charm to our meal, making the entire experience even more memorable. The only downside was the limited parking, but the overall experience far outweighed this minor inconvenience. If you’re visiting Collioure, I highly recommend making time for lunch or dinner at Le Neptune. It’s a culinary delight that’s not to be missed!
