BEST TIME EVER !
I should start by saying that in many ways, I'm an extremely demanding customer.
First, a place that blends right into nature. A beautiful mix of woodwork and greenery, like Bali or the Caribbean.
A rooftop with a stunning view of the Bay of Cavalaire.
Laurent, the boss, greets you warmly. He's classy, all dressed in white linen, friendly and welcoming, just like his place.
The staff is great, with bright smiles from one and a little Italian accent from the other. Professional without being over the top.
A well-crafted, refined menu, just the way I like it. We ordered two set menus with starters, main courses, and desserts for €35 each. They even made a special vegetarian dish for one of us.
I had the grilled sea bass, which was excellent. The fish was perfectly cooked, tender, and flavorful, and it came with the best sweet potato puree ever—smooth, creamy, and just the right amount of sweetness.
We were with family and had an awesome time.

Go for the crème brûlée instead of the Tatin, which would be my only minor complaint (but I’m picky).
