We had a truly lovely dinner at Cuisine à Manger at Hôtel Ermitage. From the very beginning, we felt welcomed and well cared for. The meal started with an amuse-bouche made with asparagus — fresh, delicate, and a great first impression of what was to come. Each dish that followed had its own character and story. The flavors were thoughtful and well-balanced, never overwhelming. You could tell the ingredients were fresh and carefully chosen. Nothing felt rushed or showy — just honest, well-executed cooking with a refined touch.
The highlight for me was the dessert: a special peach tiramisu. Light, creative, and absolutely delicious — the kind of dessert you think about again the next day.
Beyond the food, the whole experience felt calm and inviting. The service was kind and attentive, and the setting — overlooking Lyon — added something quietly magical to the evening.
