A terrific restaurant nested in a very unique facility, the famous Hotel & Spa Le Germain Charlevoix. The place was bursting with positive energy and the experience was terrific, from beginning to end. The service was pleasant, a true local experience, and the food quality is really what makes this venue unique. We tried the carpaccio, the tartelette, foie gras, and the cod and beef as main courses. When going to Charlevoix, do not miss out and add Les Labours to your place to visit!

Just came for dinner! We were a total of 8 and the staff were so friendly from the beginning, very patient and took the time to explain the menu. We also had kids that were with us and everyone enjoyed the food. We ordered a few sharing experiences, and the table hôte. The food portions are amazing and the flavour was wonderful. I had the land and sea as a starter followed by the Jerusalem artichoke tortellini. We also had the lobster bisque, the enclosure and the halibut main. The food was amazing and I would definitely come again. Kudos to the bartender, the Manhattan was well made!

Th. Nov. 28 2024: my wife and I agreed on the fact that the food presented was not good to not eatable, returning plates. Multiple table around us were saying the same thing. The good service at least they tried could not compensate for the food. This restaurant needs a full reset. If you had a good meal here, lucky you. Though you should not count on luck at that price tag. Very disappointing.

Best in class cuisine. Unfortunately, the service is worst than at a Paccini. On the reservation, we had requested to be seated at the bar, but upon arrival, we were told it was not possible because it was full. Only to realized they decided to seat another people that came in an hour after us.. I guess it is not first come first served, but need to be the Maitre d'hotel friend if you wish a place at the bar.. Also, Maître d'hotel was on a power trip, more focused on bossing the waiters than actually making sure all clients were taking care of. We waited 10min after being seated before we even got acknowledged. Meanwhile, the Maitre d'hotel was standing a couple feet from our table, looking at us, without water nor drinks, and did not do anything... And we'll be honest here, the restaurant was at 30% capacity.... would not want to go there when its full. In other words, there is NO excuses for this poor service quality. If he's the one in charge of training, this is really bad for the future of the service quality. Did not match the customer experience standard of the Germain Hotel in any way. Very disappointing experience, especially when you consider the 375$ bill for two people at the end. Again, culinary wise, I would have give 5 stars. Unfortunately the poor quality of service left a sour taste.

Great experience with very good food. Our server was super helpful and enthusiastic about the food (blonde young guy) which made our meal all the more enjoyable. Thank you :)

Yelp
Good selection offered at their buffet breakfast. Private menu was to die for! Easily the best gourmet meal of my life. Very decently priced. Good service. Beautiful restaurant.

Yelp
Les labours is a restaurant that promises delicious first-class cuisine in a stunning restaurant, but ends up falling flat. While all dishes were edible, the best part of the meal was the bread (from an outside bakery). Portions were small but expensive and didn't stun in terms of presentation, technique, or flavour. Best off to try another restaurant in baie st paul.
