A wonderful restaurant in a super sweet town. Ordered the fish and it came magically plated with a great suite of vegetables and that fancy foam stuff that the Michelin places use- and the foam added just the right touch to the dish- that’s not always the case but the Bird on her branch did tons right. The lamb dish- for two- came out brilliantly crisp and achingly tender, no knife needed. Oh, and don’t forget to order the chanterelle pickles.
