A modern, high-end brasserie recommended by the Michelin Guide and perfectly located in the heart of the Copenhagen. I visited in the evening, and the atmosphere was truly wonderful. The brasserie serves traditional cuisine and is mostly frequented by locals, which I absolutely loved. The food was both generous and delicious. I had a baked cod to start, followed by a beautifully prepared sole, and finished with a superb baked Alaska for dessert. You certainly won’t leave this place feeling hungry. The service was impeccable—warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an authentic and memorable dining experience.

Modern restaurant with a high end brasserie vibe specializing in smorrebrods. For lunch they recommend two dishes per person and we had hard time choosing - besides the regular menu (where everything looked really interesting), they had 8 specials - so you could choose between 6 different herring smorrebrods. Lunches get really busy and reservations recommended.

This is our go-to place for smørrebrød. The best in the city. Awesome location, great food and the personal service always impresses us. Place has a great wine list so for dinner this is also a great spot. Be aware that being AWESOME reservation is needed. Many customer and many regulars. Can’t wait to be back

Proof that modern Danish cuisine can be delicious, exciting, and satisfy your appetite. Our fabulous server suggested unique, tasty beverages (one non-alcoholic, one aquavit). Every dish was special and beautiful but portion sizes were normal (not tiny, like some other places nearby). Five enthusiastic stars! Exceedingly highly recommended.

Balmy summer evening in Copenhagen. Wales in without reservations. Super cortous, lovely and charming service from Rasmus who took the effort to set us a table outside on the side walk, so that we could enjoy the evening. The food masterfully craftsmanship, the assembly of flavors true art! Highly recommend!

During my lunch, I was particularly impressed by their smørrebrød with curried herring—an absolute delight, perfectly balanced in sweetness, acidity, and spices. Every dish reflects a strong commitment to freshness and quality, presented with elegance and refinement. The service was both professional and attentive, enhancing the overall experience. The restaurant’s ambiance is chic and sophisticated, and the Royal Copenhagen tableware adds an extra touch of authenticity and elegance. A place I highly recommend—and one I will definitely return to!

Great typical danish food, nice porcelain tableware, fine well prepared and presented food, we came here twice during our stay !
