My friends and I were looking for a place to eat a good paella during our stay in Palma, and I have to say we couldn’t have asked for anything better. The restaurant has a beautiful terrace where we had dinner enjoying the sunset lights. Impeccable service and very kind and professional staff. And most importantly the food was delicious and plentiful. Highly recommended!

Due to the good ratings at Google Maps we have decided to give this Restaurant a try. At once I have made a Reservation. A friendly Spanish Lady has noticed it. Fast I have received a message with booking confirmation. Upon arrival we got shown a table outside. All is looking well designed and well decorated with white table cloth. Fast we got the Menu. Many guests have enjoyed the PAELLA so we also have ordered PAELLA DE MARISCO (54€ for two people). As a Dessert I have ordered Ice-cream (7€). Then we got shown the Pan with PAELLA. At first glance it was looking good. Then they have returned it to the kitchen to serve it on a plate. The PAELLA for two people was consisting of 4 Medium size Prawns, 8 Mussels, some small pieces of Calamari. The PRAWNS were deep frozen!! The Mussels were fresh. The RICE was OVERSALTED. So this was a very bad value for money! One waiter with a beard was looking grumpy and behaving unfriendly. He has problems understanding English. The served Ice-cream (3 scoopes) was of poor taste and partly melted. To get it took 15 minutes and one reminder. It was also a bad value for money. At the end of our meal I have ordered the Bill. And guess what? They have charged us 6 € for bread ( pan) although it wasn't served! So I needed to make my complaint. Even the waiter has known that we have rejected to get served with bread. You should also have a look at the fish in the Showcase (see picture) which wasn't looking fresh as well. Because of these experiences I cannot recommend this Restaurant!

One of the most terrible experience I’ve ever had and I’ve travelled to many different countries. First of all staff were so rude. We had decided to order dessert as we weren’t too hungry and the mature aged waiter said no to taking our order. He went into the main restaurant to speak to someone then agreed to “allow us have dessert”. He said it was strange for us to order only dessert. If they had a strict no dessert policy or mains course as a must, they should have made this very clear on the menu and website. Another member of staff tall with a beard said they only had wine menus and no drink menus - how limited. Staff then spoke amongst themselves and kept looking at our table when we mentioned we didn’t want wine. We had hoped to order more food after the dessert but the staff and atmosphere was extremely poor. I was quite upset at how we were treated by the staff: we came across with another waiter take our plates away whilst we ate the bread without even asking us if she could take it. I understand English wasn’t easy for her but the least she could have done was ask us if she could take the plates. Staff seemed annoyed that we weren’t ordering more food. Overall not a good experience and I would not return and I would not recommend. The desert was nice but bitter taste due to staff experience who made us so uncomfortable. We were so quick to leave. The restaurant will need to improve their customer service and how the staff treat customers. I wish we read these google reviews before setting foot in this restaurant. Massive improvements needed

We visited this restaurant because of positive reviews on the Internet. The restaurant looks nice: there is a veranda to sit inside enjoying the sea and there are seats inside. The menu is impressive and vast: a great choice of seafood is offered. Upon our arrival very warm welcoming and attentive service. We ordered seafood paella. About 27 pp. The waiter warned us that it takes about 25-30 min to prepare paella and suggested some starters or bread. We rejected. The paella was presented to our table, showed and removed. Then a waiter brought 2 plates with paella. At first I was shocked: I thought just 2 moderate paella portions. But later the rest of paella was served separately. This type of serving paella let me feel uncomfortable. My rating of paella: 1. Bad value for money. It consisted of 4 deep frozen prawns; some pieces of calamari; some fresh mussels and the rest was rice. 2. Too salty for my taste; 3. Deep frozen prawns- 4 pieces; We asked for ice cream. It was a portion of small scoops of melting ice cream. We asked for the bill and discovered that bread was charged 6 euro (3 euro per pp) but we did not have any bread. Overcharged.

This was the best restaurant we dined at our entire vacation! The food and service are absolutely world class. I have the filet and my wife had the pork chops. If you are looking for a relaxing and memorable experience, this is the place! Reservation are recommended. The top floor is the best place to be at sunset.

One of the best meals we’ve had in Palma. All seafood and ingredients are fresh. The seafood paella is excellent!

Disadvantage: It took nearly 50 minutes for the appetizer to arrive, and the first waiter was very careless in recording the order, resulting in the wrong appetizer and drink being served, and insisted that I had ordered the wrong appetizer after the wrong appetizer was served. I saw that he only wrote "squid" in his notebook, but there were two squid appetizers on the menu, so he could have recorded more carefully to distinguish them instead of accusing me of ordering the wrong one. Advantage: After that, another waiter's attitude and professionalism were very good. Great outdoor dining environment

You have to try this restaurant if you love fish and sea food. They also have alternatives for people that don‘t like this kind of food. We tried duck liver ravioli whit cheese sauce (which was one of the best thing we‘ve ever eaten) and beef entrecote.

Yelp
Visited this lovely restaurant in Feb 2019 and yes it is very very busy and popular place for family and friends but my server Rosa was so lovely, helpful and nice. She spoke excellent english and I tried my spanish. People just get packed in on the front terrace so I ate inside and that was nice. The prawn carpaccio was outstanding as was the paella. They unlike some other restaurants allow one person to order paella and that was better than the other places where I decided to pay for two people so I could see how gorgeous the paella looked and tasted. I recommend a reservation and it is worth it.

Yelp
While difficult to get in (required two day wait to get reservation), this place was probably our least favorite dinner spot while in Majorca. We ended up sitting inside, since there were lots of smokers outside and my wife can't do smokers, particularly when eating. Service was attentive. We shared an arugula salad and the calamari for starters. My wife had their rolled sole dish, which was a bit fishy for her taste and I had the grilled sea bass, which was good, but not great. In the table behind, there was a group there (relatives?) not eating, but talking and watching videos on their phones like they were hanging out at their kitchen table--a bit distracting for a fine dining experience. The tables are lovely, service good and, again, if you sit outside, it's quite charming, but a bit pricey for what we got being inside.

Yelp
Beautiful location with great food, drinks and service. We got a recommendation from a friend to check out this place. We took 3 courses, digestives and a bottle of Mallorca tinto...all in all under 200 Eur / 3 people. as appetizers: a) really fresh prawns in garlic oil Tasty, "garlicky", tender and with a slightly crispy first bite..as they should be b) tuna tartare Mouth melting c) salad with scallops and prawns Fresh and tasty, salad was not prepared with dressing, but with oil and vinegar aside. as mains: a) fish platter: 3 different pieces of fresh fish, all pan-fried. Together with fresh salad and again oil and vinegar aside. The salmon here was a bit too dry, but this is the only negative thing tonight. b) thai-style Wok noodles with prawns What can I say..kids love noodles. c) tuna tataki -- THE BEST Slightly fried from the outside and raw inside. Served on a bed of vegetables in a jus based on fried onions. Great combo. as desserts: a) chocolate cake with warm and liquid core b) mango spring rolls in Grand Marnier soup c) crispy apple tarte all three desserts recommended by the waitres. A big time hit. Dishes were really fresh, yummy and presented in an attractive way. Highlight to my taste was the flavor combination of fresh tuna cubes with the radish sprouts. We'll be back some day.

Yelp
This restaurant in the water was recommended by a friend of a friend in Palma. We had a great dinner. Seafood paella and a bottle od red wine from ribera del duero. All for $80 euro. Which is a much better ptice value you get any touristy place in palma. Plus the rice was superb! (Coming from a spaniard who loves rice).
