Google
outstanding restaurant in Berlin. Best service on Berlin fantastic menu on the expensive side the place is iconic and will become a regular place for me

Google
Old school staple in berlin, great central location rustic house with friendly staff. The food left a little to be desired. It’s ok and that is the problem it’s just ok. It’s your standard tartar’s steak seafood etc while it tastes good I find for the price it should be perfect. Great date spot as the outdoor seating is lovely and the wine list is perfectly priced! Might return,

Had a few hours to fill, before my train home and was looking for a nice restaurant not too far away. Wow, what a find. The service is exceptional. The food was beautiful and the wine and atmosphere finished the meal off. Located next to a road but the settings mean you don't really notice traffic noise. Salad starter and veal main course both full of flavour. Would highly recommend

Google
Great service and tasty food. Small space so you will get great service and attention. For starter, the goat cheese is excellent. Lamb for main course was cooked and seasoned perfectly.

We were suppose to have a romantic valentines dinner and it was a disaster. Out of 5 course meal they literally forgot one and didn’t realize until we asked, pigeon was raw and dessert was a spoon of generic chocolate with heart shaped jell-o. When we raised the mistake some nominal amount was subtracted which didn’t even cover the drinks. Sadly, was a rather disappointing experience and would not recommend.

Went for a team dinner and enjoyed the food, the wine and the service. Most of us went for the tasting menu with wine pairing. The dishes weren't particularly fancy with mind-blowing flavors but everything was consistently good. I guess with German cuisine that's basically what you'd expect. The veal tartare was *really* good. Prices are high but not outrageous. Our waitress was great! I think I'll go back again.

Google
Pleasant place, excellent food (don't expect culinary extravaganza - these are kind of simple, yet of quality corresponding with the price level), lovely staff that knows the balance between being attentive and overbearing.

Adorable atmosphere. Lovely service and fantastic food. Starters and mains were displayed lovely and tasted even better. Definitely worth a visit.

Yelp
Really good food. All four of us ate really well. Excellent wine list and we were given helpful guidance on German wines. Service was first class and friendly.

Yelp
We had a lovely dinner here last night. We had the mozzarella appetizer to start. I had the beef for my main dish and my mom had the dish. They also have a beautiful rose selection. We sat outside on the patio, which was very pleasant.

Yelp
Lovely birthday dinner. I found the service impeccable. Friendly staff. Intimate upscale yet comfortable atmosphere. One table had a dog with them, so dogs are allowed. To be completely honest, the food was the least memorable part. I think I had salmon, but I can't fully remember. For the price, you could probably have a couple of amazing meals in small hole in the wall berlin restaurants. But the atmosphere and the industrial location among the train tracks, as well as the dry riesling made for a lovely evening.

Yelp
Paris-Moskau has to be my favourite all time restaurant in Berlin, this cute, charming restaurant serves high quality a la carte French food with a personal touch and flair. From the outside the restaurant is really old, it looks like an old timbered cottage and it has a lots of history attached to it, once on the property you can also feel it. On the inside it is very self made, rustic and enchanting, when seated you feel you are no longer in Berlin but in a small cottage in the French countryside enjoying the atmosphere in a relaxed space, the food and the service. Service is great here, really personal. The staff on hand is very friendly, professional and truly makes your evening a memorable one. Food is mouth watering, everything on the menu is tempting, and we had a four course meal which was just divine. Wines served was also really great, really enhanced the flavours of the dishes. In all I would recommend anyone and everyone to experience this restaurant, the food and the atmosphere, anyone who wants to either enjoy a special occasion with friends or family or just a romantic meal for two. It is really worth it and I shall return to this restaurant, hopefully very soon.

Yelp
Came here for dinner while at a conference in Berlin, it was quite a drive from our hotel. The restaurant is in a nice house, but is surrounded by construction. The menu is eclectic to say the least, but the service was great. The prices were very high, but that's to be expected. I can't figure out what's in half of the dishes, but most of them were very good. Overall the food was a bit over the top, and very small portioned.

Yelp
One of the greatest locations in town. This place still has the old West-Berlin karma. Hurry, because this karma is disappearing with the growth of the Regierungsviertel. But ist also has a great gourmet kitchen and even greater service.

Yelp
It was widely rumoured that Chirac and Putin were entertained here by the then German Chancellor, Gerhard Schroeder several years ago, so that gives an idea of the sort of place this is. It's also convenient for me as I can cycle there quite easily from where I stay in Berlin. The restaurant is inside an old detached house not far from the Reichstag and is spread over 2 floors. Downstairs is more convivial and the upstairs is perhaps a touch more private, with an additional separate dining room. The atmosphere is pleasantly rustic (and a little dilapidated) as it is an old building transformed into a restaurant in the late 1990's, using a mix of antique and contemporary fittings, but mostly those from earlier eras. It's hard for me to decide whether I liked the decor as it reminds me of a German friend's mother's house but some might also find it quaint or charming or something like that. If one can, always order the set menu of the evening. Ordering a la carte seems to cause some sort of pertubation in the whole fabric of the place and things can become very (very) slow, as I found to my cost. The food is always done well but I feel it lacks the flair of some other restaurants in the same price bracket. However, saying that, it is a place that most Germans would love, as it is good German home-cooking presented as gourmet cuisine blended with a mix of Alsatian and Parisian influences. (I have not noticed any Russian influence.) The best dish I had there was wachtel, or quail, done superbly well with wild mushrooms. This restaurant also has an interesting history, which one can read about in the menu. It is a rustic place, with a nice ambience and is typical of the sort of (good) order that came out of the chaos of the reunification of Berlin. If one had a few days to spend in Berlin, it would definitely be worth spending an evening here to taste German food as it should (or could) have been.

Yelp
My girlfriend and I went there along with my sister for her birthday dinner. The surroundings which could have been pretty idyllic, are sadly somewhat ruined by a large construction site right next to it. However, these are soon forgotten, as the food arrives. We chose the 8 course surprise menu with wine. This means the chef gets more or less free hands, but some of the courses are the same ones as on the 6 course tasting menu. The highlight was the eel with smoked pork bellies and eel tea, but all 8 courses were great tasting, all the way from the amuse bouche through to the surprise dessert consisting of no less than 8 tiny dessert dishes! They try to use local or regional ingredients, lots of fresh herbs (some of which are home grown), and pack each dish full of flavour. The service is impeccable and professional, but without the stiffness and formality you tend to find in fine dining. The atmosphere is relaxed and informal. This is all about the great food experience, and highly recommended.

Yelp
We had a nice dinner at Paris Moskau last night. OK the prices are quite high (around 110 € for 2 - starters, main course and dessert with mineral water and a glass of wine) but well one can reward oneself from time to time. The French-German-Russian-classical inspired cuisine was very good, in spite of a few little imperfections - such as a peach that wasn't ripe enough in the dessert. But it would be unfair to tell only about the flaws, so let's mention the excellent beef tartar. Portions are small but that can be explained by the fact that the restaurant's concept is more about having you eat 5, 6, 7... courses instead of 3 as we did. We have regular appetites so we didn't leave the restaurant hungry, but don't stick to 3 courses if you're a big football player. :-) The location is original, a small half-timbered house isolated in the middle of one of the many Berlin no-man's-lands close to the main station. Not a no-man's-land for long anymore though because a big official building is getting built literally over the house - it will look odd once it's finished (see the newspaper article on the lobby wall on your way to the toilets) but at least the house will be preserved. The dinner room is pleasantly small, intimate, sober, letting you concentrate on your food. Waiters are friendly and discreet, even though I had to move our table a few inches away from our neighbors' by myself as we got seated - something the waiters usually take care of. Bottom line: pay a visit to Paris Moskau if you want to treat yourself with an original dinner experience and are ready to open your wallet a little more than your usual Berlin restaurant night.

Yelp
This could have been a five-star review wasn't it for the price tag of our dinner. Three of us went for 3- of 4-course tasting menus, one of us went a la carte. The food was very good, both from the tasting menus and a la carte, and happily the dishes were often unusual, at least for me. The venison was fantastic. The wines were mostly very nice, too, and well matched to the dishes. Very good espresso. If you are willing to splurge a bit, go here for dinner, and you will be happy. (If someone else is paying, definitely go here!)

Yelp
Ladies and Gentlemen, please make a stop at Berlin's mainrailwaystation. Power up! Thanks!

Yelp
Food has nice presentation but is way overpriced!! The waiters also spilled my wine three times, i repeat, three times! They try to be professional but don't quite cut it. A group of 6 of us paid over 450EUR and all left hungry!!!

Yelp
This is by far the best restaurant in town. Great Service!!
