This restaurant has excellent food. The dough was well prepared and baked to perfection just as we like it. We do reccomend making a reservation. We were very grateful to be seated without a reservation after driving from Germany. We are appreciative of the owners kindness and service!

We’re from Spain traveling through Europe and came across this gem of a place. Simple stunning food that we’ve never had before. Great friendly staff. It’s small and gets very busy but so worth it. Iced passion fruit tea 😋

So delicious, this place is amazing. I found it when i first time planned the trip to Nancy and i had to visit this place. I am a huge fan of Pide. I tried so many different pides in different places and this is one of the best. It was freshly made from scratch , with fresh and delicious ingredients mixed together. Vegeterian, fish and meat versions are avaliable.

Me and my friends were looking for a place in Nancy to eat on a budget and were not disappointed by Restaurant Pidice. Our entire meal was €36 and it was absolutely delicious. Our waitress was receptive to us not speaking French and was helpful. The owner even came up to our table and asked us where we were from, and thanking us for our service. We will definitely be back again.

The food is great, something really special. Would love to have something like this a bit closer than 1000km away. Ice tea was fantastic. The owner needs to learn something about Slovenia, he tried but failed 😁

Delicious food at reasonable prices! The staff could speak English - explained what the dish is and the options in the menu as well! Will definitely be back!

Yelp
This place is great at many levels. The ambience is casual and inviting. The concept of what is offered on the menu is familiar yet unique. They offer a "different version" (better, in my opinion) of an Italian pizza and many tasty homemade starters. Prices are also very reasonable. They also have a great selection of sodas and so try the homemade ice tea! The cheerful and hospitable owner sure knows how to care for his customers. His sense of humor and timely manner in which our delicious foods were served, completed our very pleasant late night dinner as we were just passing through Nancy after a long drive.

Yelp
Driving from Arlon, Belgium to Colmer, France and we wanted to grab a bite to eat. Being it was our first time in France I wanted to make sure we had delicious food, but we were in a time crunch, so it had to be quick. I hopped on Google and found this place, that looked like it might fit the bill. The Chef/owner was friendly, charming, and made us feel at home instantly. He said he could speak in several languages to accommodate us, and made some friendly jokes to break the ice. All 3 of us ordered the Bibou (mine without chedder, unfortunately). For beverages, one of us had the graefruit soda, and I had the violet homemade iced tea. The tea was one of the best I've had! Balanced, not too sweet, and lightly floral. When the pidélices came out, they were piping hot and covered in both sesame and poppy seeds. They were crispy, airy, and almost like a pizza in a paper thin baguette. The chef brought us a tasting of the lentil soup - his mother's recipe, he told us. It was thin, flavorful, and delicate. Not what I expected, but I enjoyed it enough to order a bowl. I wished I had a baguette to enjoy with the soup. At the end, the owner wished us well and invited us back if we needed any help while visiting the city, which was genuine and kind. He has a gift fir making people feel welcome and appreciated. Overall, we had a great meal and got back on the road on schedule. It was a great stop!

Yelp
Looking for a quick bite that was near the hotel since my friends had already eaten and didn't want a full dinner. The reviewed sounded good and the menu had a good selection. I am so glad we went. The flavors were fantastic and Tarik is amazing. Makes everyone feel welcome visitors and locals alike. My only regret is not living closer so I can come more often. We tried the Luke, the Bérenger, and the Pied-pidz (I think, may have that spelling wrong). All were delicious. If you are in the area, you have got to try this place out.
