Nice place , and in norms “friendly”service. Except they bring the knifes & fork just on the table like farmers. Maby nice as koffie bar But for lunch terrible. The beer was really bad and the dish I had was in my eyes not a steak tartaar. the balance of the salad en the meat was surprising (I think the salade was covering the meat because of his brown unhealthy color ) looks like cat food. Look at the picture. But 1 positive point The fried where surprising really good. My parents had a croque madam. it was a molded cheese with a little bread and no mirror egg I saw. I hope the boss will see the difference about the look of the place and the food. Because we where sad to pay a taxi to be there on time when we were in “ mirabel” with good service and looked like delicious food and a good advising ober. Same price other kwaliteit. No risk needed, for sure you want to cover it with salad. Come on guys, wake your chef up.

This place was so cute with all the school kids running by outside and lots of dogs walking by the window. The chicken salad had a little green olive in it that was a perfect addition and totally elevated such a simple dish. The Caesar salad had a nice lemony dressing and paired perfectly with the fresh squeezed lemonade. The server was friendly and bubbly — Lovely experience overall!

We stumbled upon this restaurant while trying to find a good brunch spot before getting our day started in Copenhagen. It’s safe to say that having brunch here was an amazing idea! My partner ordered the eggs Benedict with ham, and I went for eggs royal with smoked salmon. The hollandaise sauce (my first time having it) was SO good! Extremely well executed dish. We both really enjoyed our dishes. The staff was also friendly and accommodating. Thank you!

Tucked away in the heart of Frederiksberg, this restaurant excels in everything from its creative drinks to its flawlessly prepared dishes on the tasting menu. I would highly recommend it!

The place is very cozy located in quiet street offering exceptional service and seasonal menu and great selection of wines. We ordered three course menu but I would have wished for a bit more fancy presentation of the dishes and more interesting tastes. All three dishes looked very similar served in a bowl eaten with spoon. Would have been nice to have variety of textures and structures on the plates.

I have never ever written a review immediately after we just finished having dinner. Couldn’t wait to express our love for this super gem in Copenhagen. We tried literally everything on that menu. The Oysters are a no miss. The Risotto, The quail, the desserts. Each and everything in the menu is so well curated. You can feel the flavors and more important you will know how much has gone In to making the dishes exemplary. A really very special mention to Olivia. She described each dishes in such a way that made us actually taste all of them. She showed so much patience to answer all the queries we had. Thanks a ton Olivia. We are going to come back and try the breakfast. Stupendous. One word.

My recent visit to Polly in Frederiksberg for breakfast left me with mixed feelings. Upon arrival, we were promptly greeted by a waiter who seemed a bit rushed, but nonetheless welcomed us in. We ordered the Egg Benedict and scrambled eggs, bacon and coffee. The Egg Benedict arrived at the right temperature, and the ham was satisfactory. However, the hollandaise sauce was overpowering, detracting from the overall taste. The scrambled eggs, unfortunately, didn't taste fresh and lacked the expected quality. The additional bacon we ordered was decent but didn't stand out. The coffee, unfortunately, didn't meet expectations and could use improvement in quality. On the bright side, the service provided by the lady attending to us was exceptional; she was friendly and attentive throughout our meal. However, what disappointed us was the charge of 50kr (7€/$) for a single water bottle. This felt excessive and added an unnecessary sting to our overall dining experience. On a positive note, the restaurant's ambiance was pleasant, with background music enhancing the atmosphere. Despite the shortcomings in food quality and pricing, the service and ambiance make Polly a decent option for breakfast in Frederiksberg. Kudos for easy parking right outside of the restaurant.

I had a hot chocolate, the Eggs Benedict, and the french toast. The Eggs Benedict were quite tasty, although the bread was a little hard. The french toast was impressive, as every flavor worked well with each other. Regarding the food, overall, you could tell that a lot of effort was put in to make it look and taste good. A lot of it felt homemade. The portions felt small for their cost. Unfortunately, while the restaurant is quite cozy, it is extremely busy (went on a Saturday for breakfast). This caused my friend's order to be prepared wrong. Twice. I understand they may have been rushing around, but still. I would still recommend it for anyone in the area. Please note that you MUST book in advance, and I would personally avoid the busy times.
