Restaurant Sal de Cocó

You got to order fish! I made the mistake and ordered the salad, which was a big mistake. Don’t get me wrong it’s okay, but at the same time it’s 18€. I think I should have gotten some kind of fish meal. There are literally no veggi options, if you don’t like fish (except for the salad). Staff were super friendly, we were allowed in with our dog and the fish meal was very delicious.

I'm leaving a review while still sitting at the table. As an Italian I have relatively high standards when it comes to food, and this restaurant did please me, quite a lot. We chose to order the Daily Menu which included 2 dishes plus dessert and everything was spectacular. I've been living in Spain for quite some time and this restaurant is comparable to other high-end places that I visited over the years, but also maintains a "traditional" identity that makes me feel "welcomed". The waiters were very kind and professional.

Menu of the day was delicious, fusion spanish oriental cuisine. Super recommended. I really don't understand how this restaurant has so average reviews. It should easily be 4.8/5 stars.

Nice staff and view of the marina. Mussels were delicious as well as the grilled squid. Unfortunately they don't have the cockleshells every day.

Delicious food, set menu excellent value €32 for three courses, plenty of food and interesting choices. Highly recommended this spot on the port that’s slightly tucked away from the hustle and bustle.

Fantastic food with a beautiful view of the harbor! We had the Calamar de potera and Huevos rotos – both were perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. The quality of the ingredients and the relaxed atmosphere make Sal de Coco one of the two best restaurants in Colònia de Sant Jordi, along with Es Carbó Bistro. The current rating doesn’t do it justice – it truly deserves at least a 4.8. And to that lady who complained about the fish of the day – that’s life, and it’s like that everywhere.

We took the Paella, it was ok but not very delicous. It's a pity that there is no good fish dish close to the sea.

Our best restaurant and food experience so far in Colonia de Sant Jordi. Going back our final night tonight. Ambitions but not overworked menu and winelist. Staff is attentious and caring. We love it.
