This is a small, intimate, unique restaurant in Trondheim, dedicated to a high level of service and food that is locally sourced, beautiful, and elegant and its presentation without being pretentious. We had the five course tasting menu, which was awesome, but if I went back, I would have their signature dish as a main entrée, which is, a scallop treated like you've never seen a scallop treated before. It is succulent, mouthwatering, subtle and varied, and its flavors of sauces and worth the trip to Trondheim to try.
