Restaurant Uniqato

i don't know about the hotel but the restaurant.. sweet mother of Jesus. The name of the restaurant says it all. Fabulous menu with one of the best pizzas, fresh seafood and desserts I've tasted in my entire life. 5/5 stars for the good food👌💯. The restaurant deserves a Michelin star l!

I can say that it is a very stylish and beautifully designed restaurant. I ordered beef steak marinated in red wine with a seasonal salad with nuts on the side. For a drink, I had a local beer, which I believe was made with oat yeast, but it was too light for my taste. Overall, the flavors and the cooking were exactly how I wanted. I will definitely visit again.

The restaurant has a very fancy setup. You are greeted by very polite staff who know the menu inside out and recommend different things based on what you prefer. The food was very well made. The chicken fingers were very well breaded. The lasagna was a little dry around the edges but overall very tasty. I would definitely try the other things on the menu next time.

Overall, the food is pretty good and speed of delivery was more than acceptable. Good selection of dishes and beverages. Interior was nice, modern and cool. Great location in downtown Stara Zagora. The waitress could be more enthusiastic. She did not show much energy or desire to help customers.

What a great clean Hotel and right in the center of Stara Zagora. 1 min walk and your in the main street with restaurants, terraces and many many shops! Very clean hotel with very friendly professional staff. Free parking right next door. The breakfast is very good too, has everything I needed to have a good breakfast. Very clean restaurant with good, fast and professional service. The room was big, bathroom big and everything super clean! Big bed with very good matrasses and comfortable pillows. I am traveling all over the world on a regular basis, so I visit lots and lots of hotels.... But this hotel is one of the best I have ever visited! Thank you Hotel Uniqato for making my stay so great!

Pizza was amazing. We had a reservation that was only written on the small "Reserve tablet" on the table, not in the restaurant's reservations book and there was a little confusion. Nonetheless this was resolved pretty quickly and we had dinner.
