This was our favorite dining experience in all of Bavaria, during a recent 5 day road trip. They have a great menu, lots of variety, and some surprises as well. They put great care into preparing the meals, and the atmosphere is very fun and welcoming, especially for families and large groups.

What a wonderful experience was to eat right by the Blau stream. Atmosphere is very peaceful and quiet with lovely old fashioned decor that fits this old part of the town. Food came in large portions, very worth the price. Good quality and delicious. Dogs are more than welcome.

A lovely place in the fishermen neighbourhood, this restaurant is located in a super old mill. The kitchen is open throughout the day, which is perfect if you wish to have a late lunch like we did. The beers were really good - we recommend the Weizen and the Märzen (seasonal). They have a solid week menu and great classics to choose from. We would definitely come back here.

Wonderful food! Here you can find a fantastic blend from two regions, both schwäbische and also bayrische food. An excellent example of authentic typical southern German food! Thankyou for the amazing food!

I love this place. They have real, delicious swabian food. I imagine if my grandma was German, this would be close to her cooking 😀 it is always crowded and the price is just right. The setting is so typical south German it does feel authentic sitting here. Highly recommended

This is not a restaurant for a foodie. This is a spot for a cultural afficionado. The swabian fare on offer was satisfying. I had the steak and pork combo, and tried the schnitzel and white sausage. The schnitzel was the best among the three plates. The beer and atmosphere was better. Located in a historic mill, the timber work is visible from the inside and the outdoor patio is on the river/water diversion. Great spot.
