Restaurante Almudaina

We had a wonderful experience here. The person the seated us even confirmed with us my allergy and our preferences. This made me feel safe eating here. Everything we had was amazing. The salad we had to start was the best salad I have had in years. It was just perfect with the best dressing. We didn't even plan to get dessert but when the waiter told us his favorites we order the carrot cake. I bake a lot of cakes and very surprised with how good this cake was. What really got me was the frosting. It was truly amazing and perfect. I really want to know how they made the frosting and what went into it. Our waiter was attentive and friendly through out the evening. The setting is amazing. I would highly recommend this place and would go again.

Wonderful restaurant with exquisite food, service and atmosphere. We had the tapas menu which was an incredible buy: 35 euros including wine, water, coffee and dessert- as well as a small glass of Fino to start and PX to finish The salmorejo was the tastiest we’ve tried. This has been the best meal we have had so far after 2 weeks in Andalucia. The wait staff were amazing- friendly, helpful and attentive. Everything about Almudaina was perfect. I will definitely return next time I am in Córdoba. We look forward to trying the rest of the menu!

Really beautiful restaurant with great service. We had the house salad, the sirloin with plums and the oxtail. The oxtail was not my favourite served with fries and the sauce but everything else was great. I would also suggest to improve plating for main dishes. Overall, really classy restaurant.

Fine traditional cooking with good attentive waiting in a Spanish atmosphere. Rich and enjoyable dishes and wines, it makes a change from the average tapas bar. Worth dining here!

What a gorgeous place. They squeezed us in as fully booked. Was full of the well heeled Spanish. They have private rooms upstairs for parties etc. The food was sublime. The restaurant got busy around 4pm and the atmosphere was lively.

Hidden gem in Cordoba. This restaurant is located in front of the Alcazar. Nested in a traditional house with a patio the restaurant offers various rooms each different and beautifully appointed. It serves local exquisite cuisine. Generous portions, tasty dishes, fresh ingredients. Fantastic service, the staff offers plenty of good advice and spare no effort to ensure guests have a great time.

The place is wonderful, the service was really good. The jamón was very good but I can't say the same for the octopus... Looking at the price and the reviews I expected much more
