Almudaina is a beautiful traditional restaurant with a truly charming atmosphere. The food is exceptional—not only in taste but also in presentation. We began with a cod salad that was delicately prepared; the fish was soft and tender, dressed in a light, refreshing sauce that didn’t overpower the natural flavors. For the main course, we had the Iberian pork and the veal in wine sauce—both were outstanding. The veal, in particular, was melt-in-your-mouth tender and cooked precisely as requested. Dessert was an orange pie topped with chocolate, which was rich and flavorful, though a little on the sweet side for my preference.
Portion sizes at Almudaina are very generous—sometimes even bordering on excessive—so sharing is a smart choice. The service was fast, friendly, and attentive throughout the meal, with every staff member contributing to a seamless dining experience. Huge compliments to the entire team—your excellent work doesn’t go unnoticed, and I truly hope you keep it up!
