Best restaurant at Coba ruins and preserve site. Lovely atmosphere in large open air palapa by the large lagoon. Great service, very clean, yummy regional typical foods at a very reasonable price. Generous portions.
Great place, not a tourist trap. Hard to imagine but glad it's true since it's sharing same parking lot with main Coba ticket area.
We tried their Cochinita Pibil pork for a snack, 180 Mx peso, approx. $9 USD (wonderful 12 hour slow cooked pork wrapped in banana leaf from their BBQ pit. Chef was fun to talk with). Everything else was great. Wish we had gone for a full meal. Full menu on Facebook and website.
