Today was the second time or maybe the third time I experienced humiliation and disrespect when purchasing my ticket for lunch. Today I requested not only a lunch ticket but also a piece of yucca pastry. When the lady was packing pastry and I was about to pay a man showed up who also wants to eat lunch. He is not waiting behind me for his turn but he comes close to me, ask for the lunch ticket and he gives money to the cashier lady. Unfortunately the lady accepts his money and gave him the ticket. Now she resumes packing my pastry and she accepts my money. So now I go to the counter to receive my food but the the man who originally came after me is now in front of me and I have to wait couple or more minutes until his plates are loaded with food. I felt injustice, being ignored, being a second class citizen and angry. The cashier lady is very polite and friendly but she maybe needs more training and not allowing people to cut in line.
