Delicious food in stylish, luxurious location. Great breakfast offerings that are tasty with a good variety of options. And dinner was next level -"Iberian pork (secreto), roasted cauliflower & vanilla glazed apricot", as well as the "seasonal tomato salad with apricot & cabernet sav vinegarette". With both an inside & terrace option felt really spoilt by the wonderful madrid skyline. Devine ❤️

Excellent hotel restaurant! Moral of the story? Service, service, service. This restaurant and adjoining hotel have the most attentive staff I've experienced in memory. The food was good, but when you have staff that are committed to you enjoying your experience, it elevates everything. I have stayed at the Principal on both my trips to Madrid and will do so again on my next trip. Highlight was the Brioche and almond ice cream dessert.

Food was great, the host had worked all across South America and my partner was Paraguayan and lived in Uruguay - he styled it based on the countries cuisines. Brought champagne and desert because it’s her birthday. Exquisito service

Having eaten in Atico restaurant our first night in Madrid, we decided to go again our last night. Although I am usually a little leery of frequenting the restaurant at the hotel at which I’m staying, this was different. The setting was comfortable, and the service was impeccable. Romeo and Karen waited on us and they were friendly, available when needed, and quite capable of working with two Americans who didn’t speak Spanish. The restaurant’s gazpacho is excellent, and I urge all and sundry to try their grilled avocado salad — it is special. My husband has tried both of the steak dishes on our two nights, and enjoyed them. The salmon marinated in miso was excellent as well. We also enjoyed their desserts.

Great food and ambience!! Perfect for a date. Hotel has a great rooftop bar with great cocktails and awesome view of Gran Via !

Luis and Marco were a spectacular team in the bar and restaurant at the hotel. They were both a six star on a five star rating system! Prompt and very personable, overall simply fantastic! They are one of the many reasons this is a five star selection hotel.

The best rice dish I've ever had in Spain [arroz meloso] , the amuse bouche was very good. The service was attentive. The decoration and atmosphere was good.

Karina and Karen provided us with the utmost attention. Both were super nice and hospitable. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was cozy.
