Great service, great food. Friendly personnel, even though our Spanish is not good. Good sangria.

Nice restaurant in Ainsa town square. We had a fixed three course menu for a large group. Main course was lamb which was moist and well cooked. A very pleasant atmosphere, sitting outside under the arches. Good service. Would recommend.

Although we had a nice evening, we feel scammed when walking away. Prices ex VAT on a menu are illegal. For the price you pay here for a main dish you would expect it to be an excellent dish. The meat we got tasted well, but besides the meat the plates were almost empty. For these prices, the food and service was so-so. Go to the neighbours at the other side of the square if you don’t want to get ripped off. Double the amount of food/drinks for half the price.

Very good food. First we had ham ibetico of blackfooted pork. After. My daughter had froglegs, I had duck with raspberry sauce, my husband had a chuleton. For dessert I haft chocolate truffle and my daughter an ice-cream of turrón. All in all a very good experience. Food was very good. The place magnificent, especially when the night came.

Amazing food and service. Located under the porches built centuries ago, providing natural fresh temperatures even in the middle of a heatwave. I recommend it blindly to anyone in the area. And leave room for the desserts! (All of them home made, obviously).

Food and presentation are just so-so, service is so-so and price is considered expensive compared to other restaurants in Ainsa. We ordered their specialty lamb chop and another meat stew dish. Both are very gamey for our liking. The only plus point is the ambience due to its location.

Worst soup. Do not get the Shepard's soup. It's disgusting. Overpriced. Do not recommend. edit : I seem to have angered the owner with my opinion of their horrible soup. I am sure that my small opinion will not damage their "gran prestigio". (I am taking a star because they brought my nationality into this, which has no relevance) The rest of my friends did not mind their food, so if you want to enjoy a tourist trap, with high prices, this is the place for you

The beef dishes were of good quality. But the poultry was dry and disappointing. The “local cheese selection” was four pieces of the same cheese and reflects a general lack of inspiration. At these prices it cannot be recommended.

I ate here as part of a field course in Ainsa. The food and service was exquisite. Very friendly and attentive staff. The appetizers/tapas were very good to start and the lamb entree melted in your mouth. Dishes were presented in a simple fashion, and they exhibited a truly symphonic mix of flavors that still retained the integrity of each ingredient. Highly recommended.
