The food is good, the atmosphere ok, the service (waitress) ok, the chef who I belong is the owner is the thing that mostly negatively impacted the visit to this place. They work by reservations only (write it down somewhere then - if you are visiting the city how are you supposed to know that) and when you come to the door without a reservation the attitude of the chef is such that if I was not as hungry as I was and the weather outside was not as bad as it was I would have turned around. Once seated and when we got our food we were very happy with the plates, but the "welcoming" left a bad impression
