Probably the most beautiful restaurant I've ever been in my life, so unfortunate that the waiter left a bad taste in our mouth.
It's truly breath taking coming here for dinner, I've never seen such a setting in my life. This was also some of the most amazing food I've ever had. The bread that came with the ali oli was unbelievable with a smoked butter.
Unfortunately when ordering we were asking the waiter about the paella not realizing they don't serve it after 17:00. The waiter suggested the fish of the day which was a lobster, we agreed, no problem. However the paella was €50/ per person, so for the two of us €100, we would assume that the lobster would be in the same price range. When the bill came the lobster was €300. I suppose we could have asked what the price was but I've never had that happen to me in all of these years and restaurants I've been to. When I asked for wet wipes they never came... I'm eating a €300 lobster, please give me wet wipes. Yes we speak English, but we are not stupid. We have traveled Europe and we know tipping is not part of the culture so when you bring us the bill please do not ask if we'd like to leave a tip, it makes me feel like you are indeed trying to take advantage of me.
All things considered I'll just assume that it was one waiter and we got unlucky, I would come back anytime I'm on the island I'll just make sure not to take any suggestions from the staff.
