What a lovely historic restaurant. We tried the burrata and house salads with grilled sea bream. Everything was excellent and the service was attentive and friendly. Also a great place for people and bird watching with tables on the street and tables inside looking through the large windows. Love the history with the old Sevilla posters and tiles. I would definitely recommend!

Lovely quaint restuarant. We had several tapas dishes. They were all delicious. The staff were welcoming. The young lady (although only spoke a little English) was very friendly. Highly recommend. Great value for money. Thankyou 😀

We had fried calamari and they had no taste at all and it was pretty obvious they were frozen. They come with no sides, so you'll have to buy them and they will cost as much or even more than the food itself. We also ordered beer, and the big one came in a glass no bigger than 330ml. Another food we ordered was a beef steak which was as bad as the rest of the food. The minimum tip is 10%, you don't have a choice. I don't recommend it at all, just avoid it.

While in Seville we walked to Triana and had a meal at Casa Cuesta. The restaurant is a lovely authentic place. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the food was delicious. I would highly recommend a visit.

Food was horrible. We ordered the Gambas al ajillo and some of the shrimp were halfway deveined and the others weren’t. They didn’t taste fresh either for the price they were. The other orders were also very underwhelming with the chorizo also not tasting as it should. The service was extremely disappointing. For a place that charges 10% service fee the quality of service is horrible. We spoke Spanish to the waiter and he didn’t seem to engage with us or check how our meal was at any point throughout the meal. Besides that we had to remind him various times of things we ordered and for the bill. They even brought us a dirty plate to put our olive pits in, which I also thought even though it is supposed to just put trash in it shouldn’t mean it should be dirty already. It was utterly disappointing and it didn’t seem like the staff cared about our discomfort.

Having eaten here on several occasions and always been satisfied in every respect, we had a terrible experience today. Today I feel we were targeted and fleeced. After selecting our menu items and communicating as best we could, but clearly, we received dishes different to those described on the menu. Our Spanish being very limited but with the help of our waiter we ordered our main courses a fresh dourada and 2 orders of calamari. We received exactly that, the fish, as ordered but not fully cooked and the squid presented differently than described. Instead of 2 orders at around 13€ each we were charged almost €80 just for the 2 squid. An almost €200 lunch that should have been under €100. I challenged the waiter as having misled us, he was very bashful and apologetic. Of course we paid our full bill but as I told the waiter, we will now never return there, he had deliberately fleeced us and he didn't seem to deny it. Be wary, I stress that we don't speak Spanish very well but we do visit Seville very often as we live in Portugal. There was no misunderstanding on ordering, just an opportunity to extort from tourists.

Was a lovely sunny day in January so we ate out side. Stopped for lunch so had a light meal. Potato salad and olives were amazing. Very good desserts.
