This restaurant is the reason to come to eat at La Restinga in El Hierro.
Locally sourced fresh fish is prepared in the most delicious way. Peruvian and Japanese influences abound, while never forgetting the local traditions.
We stumbled across this place by accident the first time and came back again the next evening as the food was amazing and waiters beyond friendly.
Tuna croquettes, tiradito, ceviche, ensaladilla, and the list goes on. Lovely dishes by a restaurant that if it were not located at the end of the world (well, the end of Europe) would be packed every day.
