We had a great experience at this restaurant. Food was delicious and service was great too. A couple of waiters were checking on us if everything was alright and topping up our drinks. The menu is quite broad and everything we ordered was a hit! Shame that the final course was a premium t-bone suggested by the chef (off the menu) and we couldn't enjoy it fully since we were already too full from all previous courses! Portions were big! I recommend this place and surely will go back.

We arrived without a reservation and were given a table by the window overlooking the esplanade. It made for great people watching. The service was very friendly and the food was really well executed and fresh. It was nice to see a majority of locals. We would definitely go back.

I really wanted to like Cesar Anca, the red prawn ravioli were fabulous, but everything else for me was a near miss, overcomplicated and too rich. The corn cake for example had guacamole and goats cheese with the short ribs and I felt like the goat cheese wasn't necessary. The pork cheeks were sumptuous but overly sauced, and the eggplant similarly had too many competing flavours. Service was excellent.

None of the waiters speak English despite being in tourist area. Waiters are not welcoming and not attentive (did not ask if we need bread, takes 10 minutes to get our order etc.). Main dishes are fine but overpriced considering the quality, the dessert (chocolate eyes drop with truffle) does not taste anything related to truffle and is very sweet

If I post this, you all gonna come here, and I don't want to, but I must: amazing food and even better service. Cool breeze from the seaport into the park, fantastic. Molleja de ternera, foie with apricots and calamari fresh, top!!

Again. No one understands you. They've mixed up everything. Even forgot bringing you drinks. Service isn't very polite, they look at you like wanna spit in your face. If you're not a local you're more or lesse treated like garbage. Spain you need more structure. Food was good chef thank you.

Rarely do we choose a restaurant which is located on "the front" but having had some really good service when having some tapas we decided to visit the restaurant for an evening meal. Since then we have been back 3 times and have enjoyed each occasion as much as the last. The food is of a high quality and different from the run of the mill restaurants in the area. It's become one of our favourite places to eat. Not just the tasty well prepared and presented food but also the service and ambience. Although the bar is great for tapas, especially as they are different, the salon restaurant is cosy, well lit and confortable. The service is really good and you feel like you're having a "special" dinner.

Google
we loved this restaurant! the most amazing food, service and understanding of coeliac/gluten free. the wine was amazing and the atmosphere faultless. an amazing experience, all around. despite being on the front, this is not a tourist trap and is a chance to sample the amazing cuisine spain has to offer - namely the seafood, in a fine dining format. we ate outside which was lovely!

Yelp
What a fantastic place! Seriously good tapas in an informal and friendly setting near the beach. Not at all the touristy garbage you find along the Explanada. I started with a rice cake they call a soccorat (like the paella crust) topped with a tartare of the sweetest and freshest prawn. Superb! Next was a peeled whole tomato stuffed with a mousse of cured ventresca (tuna belly) and served atop a tomato soup like a creamy gazpacho. Another winning dish that takes familiar ingredients and through technique makes them special and elevated. The next tapa was a skewer with a single langoustine tail crusted with the Turkish strands you often find in middle eastern desserts. The langoustine tail was stuffed with a little portion of melted Brie cheese. So good. The last tapa was octopus pieces atop wonderfully browned potatoes that managed to be both crisp on the outside and meltingly tender inside. Superb. For dessert I took the server's recommendation and had the apple dessert, which was a sort of deconstructed apple tart that was the essence of apple. They comped me a generous shot or two of a beautiful local dessert wine. Service was gracious and helpful. The prices are treasonable for food of this quality. I really enjoyed my meal here!

Yelp
Great little tapas bar, very inventive and great with flavors. Decent price - we tried the cannelloni stuff with oxtail and crunchy Iberian ham, broken eggs over potatoes and Padron peppers. Both were amazing and plated beautifully. Definitely would return

Yelp
We stumbled into this restaurant and was pleasantly surprised by the food options. It has a lot of really interesting dishes that is unlike the typical Spanish tapas. We had raw sea bass, artichoke stuffed with squid and cheese, 60degree eggs and a few other dishes that were all good. The service was also excellent. We spend 38€ for the two of us with 3glasses of beer. It was money well spent for the quality of food.
