Restaurante Cinnamon

Well, words might not do justice to our experience here.. We bumped into this place by chance as we were wandering around this neighborhood.. It's a small cozy restaurant with an elaborate fusion menu! You can literally see your food being cooked while you eat! Everything we ordered was by far the best version of the dish that I have eaten so far.. My personal favourites, the Ceviche and Tartare de Atún!! If you are looking for variety, the Menu Diario is the best and cheapest option! To top the mouth drooling flavours, the plating quality is as good as a Michelin star restaurant!! Amazing!! I ended up asking the owner if she has been a part of Master Chef!! 🤣🤣🤣

Amazing! Everything was so delicious, we just wanted to order more and more. The owner/cook is the nicest person and the whole experience was more than a 5+. Would definitely recommend the tuna tartar!

Ate here twice, it's that good. Service is extraordinary and the food is exquisite. The hummus is the only hummus worth eating. Every dish was absolute perfection on a plate, all served by the owner/chef. 10/10 would come back to Valencia just for this restaurant.

What a small gem. Incredible service and one delicious dish after the next. The size of the place and the attention of the owner makes it a very personal "private dining" experience. We will certainly return here next time we are in Valencia!

Tiny but super cozy place. We had a dinner there and loved every second of it. The tuna tartar was perfect, tataki salmon and chicken dumplings were amazing. Also gin&tonic topped the taste. Could not recommend enough and the owner was super kind.

Amazing... so much so that I'm going back again! As you look at the pictures close your eyes and imagine the tastes of all those fresh ingredients, harvested that day... yum!

Everything was absolutely delicious. The boletes (and other mushrooms) on the hummus were a really nice touch. The sardines were cooked perfectly, and the presentation was beautiful. The mushrooms and asparagus were cooked very well, and the shaved truffle made it perfect. Finally, the salmon was cooked so perfectly. I spent 20 years in the Pacific Northwest of the US, in addition to growing up on the Great Lakes, and I know good salmon. This was some of the best that I had ever had. The espresso at the end of the meal was a perfect complement to a perfect meal. I definitely recommend eating here.

Suzy and I were walking around in the old town area of Valencia. We saw this small place, and decided to try it. Wow! I am glad we did. We had 3 tapas to share, and a main course, for 15 euros. The tapas, Salmon, a salad, and a pork belly, were to die for. There is one person the owner, and she did it all. Cook, serve, and whatever. I cannot wait to go back here. What a great place!

Our best meal in Spain! Phenomenal dishes. Beautiful plating. Cozy warm ambience. Inexpensive wine list. Great service. Everything about the meal was incredible. Loved the salad, tuna, and desserts.

This is easily the best restaurant in Valencia! Quite small but exquisitely designed interior. Nicely, centrally located. Inexpensive, especially considering the quality of the food and service. Wonderful wine, delicious food items, perfect blend of the modern and the tradition. The owner cooks in front of you. Her friend serves with great care. You will truly enjoy the experience. Must visit, highly highly recommended.

Somehow this place has been missed on Yelp... Make a reservation because they only have 4 tables and 8 bar spots. WOW... The Chef owner and two staff help are fabulous. Steak, Cod and Tuna cooked to perfection and fries to die for!!! Yes fries!!! Now for dessert we had a chocolate heaven and a banana cream that leaves you satisfied but not filled. Finally the expresso... I asked if our waitress could make an expresso and her response was ... "I'm Italian"... Nothing more to say.

Truly amazing food and dining experience! Every dish we tried was incredible. Do not miss this experience when you visit Valencia.
