Best food on the island!! Hidden down a little alleyway, away from the crowds, this little bistro is serving up truly delicious food! The mussels entree, steak with green peppercorn sauce and the passionfruit fish were all perfection. Also, the best caiprinhas in Brazil! Can't recommend this place enough 👌🏼

Paid 120 reais per person and all ate a lot. Party of 9, we ordered 2 appetizers and 3 main dishes, some complimentary bread was given as well. Everyone got either 2 caipirinhas or 2 cokes so it is a fairly nice deal Main dishes were the 2 bobo de camarao and 1 filet mignon au poivre. All were very nice. Highlight for the filet mignon. I was not expecting such a nice meat since it was a sea food restaurant. Only negative point is the temperature. Of youbare annoyed of hot places dont go there in high summer. They should definitely put more fans around.

Really good food, the garlic mussels are gorgeous, steak and fish mains all exquisite. Service is lovely, we love Dom Mario :)

go there, even if it looks quiet. the food is out of this world. fresh, flavourful, large portions. and to top: free and amazing capairinhas. it’s out of the hustle if ilha grande, but by far the best food on the island. we went twice in 3 days :)

Don't let the location give you any preconceptions. The food is honestly amazing and great service. The fish with passion fruit sauce in particular was delicious. Second time we were there we had the salmon. Highly recommended!

Our first dinner on the island and it did not disappoint! Great serving sizes - we had the garlic mussels and the octopus, potatoes and rice main dish - we were so full we couldn't finish it all. Best caipirinha of our trip (not too sweet)!

The 2 dishes we tried were delicious (fish in passion fruit sauce and spaghetti with shrimps). Friendly service. Recommended!
