Tremendously talented chefs but the experience is marred by comically long wait times and haphazard order taking.
We went for dinner twice; the first time we were notified when we sat down that the kitchen was backed up, the second time we arrived early (1 of 3 tables) and we still waited ~80mins for our food both times. Beer comes quickly though, at least. The ceviche is unique and delicious, not as typically acidic and paired with fried onion straws. My friends ordered curry vegetables which they also enjoyed, though mentioned the dish needed rice. The food is amazing but the restaurant desperately needs a more efficient system for less stressed customers and staff.
