Really good food quality and nice service. Paellas are awesome. There are not too many places downtown Valencia you can find great rice dishes.

The Valencian paella was superb! And the shellfish we ordered were also really great. The restaurant is away from the main tourist area, and really feels like locals eat here. Definitely worth the extra steps. Would highly recommend it, but make a reservation. You might also have to order your paella in advance.

We came here because of a local’s recommendation. It was delicious! Our server Diego gave us recommendations of places to visit and was very kind and friendly. We left extremely full of amazing food!

A very nice place to eat in the Cabanyal neighborhood of Valencia. They offer a good daily menu option for sharing appetizers and paella. Make sure to call ahead for reservations and to preorder to Valenciana paella. The wine selection is very good. We had Ramon Bilbao. The shrimp and pimientos de padron and house salad were excellent. They also serve an amazing olive oil from
Jaen.

The best meloso since I have. Other dishes are nice as well. The restaurant is small without terrace but foods are great.
Only one inconvenience is the reservation is mandatory. It's always full.

Although we walked in without reservations, on a Sunday @ 13:00, and they were fully booked, we sat along the bar at the wall. We had great made sangria and a shellfish paella, which were outstanding. The bartender, who served us, was extremely friendly.
