"A contemporary Japanese restaurant which despite its compact size, has plenty of personality. It only has space for ten guests who have to arrive in unison, then sit together around the bar to appreciate the gastronomic experience to the full, including the explanations and studied movements of renowned sushi chef Yoshikazu Yanome. His philosophy is built around the Edomae Sushi tradition (established during the Edo period from 1603-1868) of preparing the (at the time abundant) fresh fish and seafood caught daily in the waters of Tokyo bay. The same idea permeates the cuisine here, which nowadays is based around the superb natural bounty of Valencia’s coastal waters, with a special focus on the red prawn. Nigiris feature heavily on the menu here." - Michelin Inspector
Amazing experience, phenomenal food and service.
We have been trying to go for about 3 months and we finally got a reservation to celebrate our anniversary, the place did not disappoint, the quality of the ingredients and they way the chefs handle them is a show on its own!

Superb quality Japanese Omakase! This is a real gem in Valencia. Having living in Japan for 4 years and been exploring Japanese food for my whole life, I can tell that this place is authentic. It just felt like eating in Japan. The service was excellent as well. They are very attentive and friendly. But of course it comes with a high cost. Still highly recommend it!

Amazing experience! Love this Michelin Star restaurant. As amazing as it was, it felt that for the price, it was too much. Been to many Michelin Restaurants and at the end of the day, sushi is just fresh fish and white rice. Delicious indeed but I think that it’s a bit too much for the price compared to other places.
Worth once to try and experience it.

This restaurant will have a Michelin Star in the very near future. Everything is faultless. We celebrated my birthday here on Saturday and I'm so happy I chose this restaurant. All the ingredients are top quality and so fresh. I really enjoyed the variety of dishes that we had. It's so much fun watching your food being prepared right in front of your eyes. Megan and Joaquin's service was outstanding, attentive, friendly and fast. Even the chefs are friendly too and they explain each dish to you. I loved their wine glasses, so elegant and the chopsticks were beautiful. The ambiance takes you right back to Japan. I love this place
