Restaurante La Bruschetta

What an ABSOLUTE GEM!!!! Food ✅ Service ✅ Atmosphere ✅ Such an authentic Italian meal, I could swear owners are actually Italian… the older gentlemen that made the pizzas was a total Nonno!! The attention to detail in this open air restaurant was immaculate, they had nice place settings, and quality napkins (we were so tired of having to use 20 thin ones at all the other places, this one’s needed just 1!) they had coasters, and the smoothies and sangria were Devine, the bathroom was even well decorated, and the food was absolutely out of this world. Our server Sandy was sweet helpful and spoke great English. Myself and three teens, which are usually hard to please loved it so much. We went back the next day for lunch on our way out of town! I personally love that. It was off and around the corner from the main downtown strip of Jaco much more quiet and local feel. We had various pasta dishes that were absolutely divine, the Bolognese was by far the favorite, but everything was delicious. The pizzas were thin crust and flavorful, they even gave us their house patte on toast, which was so delicious and at no cost to us. Absolute hospitality, food is love and we felt it all. Don’t skip this place if in or even passing through Jaco.

Super delicious food! We had pasta with salmon, pizza vegetariana and a fish with sides. All was well prepared and presented. Will definitely visit again next time in Jaco.

Off the path a bit from downtown Jaco. Friend and kind service, entree features (lasagna and rabbit fettuccine) were right on point, and a quiet terrace to enjoy the evening.

5 stars – Great food, serene setting, and truly exceptional service We had a wonderful experience at La Bruschetta. The service was outstanding—warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. The mint lemonades were incredibly refreshing, and the pizza was delicious. What really sets this place apart is the ambiance. It’s tucked away from the hubbub of Jacó, with a peaceful pasture view on one side and the city stretching out on the other. It felt like a quiet escape without being far from anything. We’ll absolutely be back next time we’re in town. A perfect spot for relaxing with great food and even better hospitality.

Hands down this is some of the best Italian food we have had and we just went to Italy! So fresh, tasty and cooked to perfection. We actually dined here twice during our stay. The staff was also super friendly and the wine was fantastic! We had a pizza the first night and then came back for the pastas. A must try when you are in Jaco.

The food was on the more expensive side while the flavour/quality was mid and the quanitity was very bad. The pasta bolognese was an okay amount but the pasta alfredo was about half the size of the bolognese. The pastas were 10,000 colones/$20 and not filling at all. The desserts looked store bought and they tasted like it too while being room temperature. The waitress was unfriendly and snatched all the plates away as soon as you took your last bite. We are still hungry!

Our family of 6 children and 4 adults stopped by for dinner. We had a delicious meal and the children enjoyed everything and could not get enough. We had a side of pasta along with our pizzas . Our server ,Minor was attentive and added to our experience. The owner greeted us with joy and hospitality. Looking forward to our next visit.

my favorite restaurant at Jaco. I dined there for 3 times. Authentic perfect Italian food, the specials are so good too for everyday. The price is also super friendly.
