The location is amazing, you need to walk through a rock tunnel to reach it, after that, you will find a terrace with an amazing view. The waiter was very polite and served us quickly. The food was very delicious, we liked everything we ordered. It was about an hour of winding road driving to get here, but overall totally worth it. We recommend it!

A restaurant where you can admire 3 important landscapes of the island. On the roof of the restaurant is Jesus standing with arms outstretched, the restaurant is very beautiful and quiet, the space is great. The waiter is a bit busy, Because they have to do many other things besides serving customers, the wait staff is very friendly and fast...everything is very ok for me.

Other than the view this restaurant is not great. The service was terribly slow and barely around. When we sat down we were ignored for about 20minutes. "Local"/spanish folks got sat down with a menu immediately and also got their orders before us. The menu is very small and the food is far below average. They were also out of a lot of things. The fries i got served with my extremely chewy pork ribs were raw, extremely greasy and very under seasoned after i waited for 40minutes. The toilets are also a thing, one misses a big panel on the door, the other one doesn't have a seat and the others either leak water or aren't clean. Most of them have a broken flush button. (This counts for the female, male and disabled toilets) There are a lot of flies around the tables. The tables are very high up compared to the chairs and are very wobbly which makes eating uncomfortable. Waiters barely speak English and have a really bad attitude. Really a shame considering we drove an hour to visit this so called "amazing" restaurant.

We came in reluctantly based on reading the previous reviews. We found here none of the problems people were complaining about. The service was quick, the waiters were very nice and the prices were really fair. Taking into account the view, it was quite a bargain, I would say. I hope this place will soon get a better reputation.

Stunning view. Unluckily the staff wasn’t very motivated. Reason might be that we visited off-peak season (May 2022), during the week. First thing to mention is the grubby menu. Those really have to either be cleaned from time to time, or to be replaced more often. And here we already deduct by 1 star to 4. It’s just unnecessary and gives you a bad feeling for the overall hygiene of a place you’re about to eat. Luckily the restaurant was pretty empty, so we can’t complain about the speed of the service. Unluckily they’ve been out of the meals we wanted, so we had to choose otherwise - annoying, but this can happen. On the plus side, the beer (€ 3,43 a mug) was good and refreshing. Sitting outside, having a drink, enjoying the nice weather and the stunning view… full heartedly giving the missing star back. Wandering through the really nice and empty restaurant on my way to the toilet (handwashing a must after the sticky menu), I do get a good feeling about the place. The interior is nice, the view from inside as well… It must’ve have been quite the effort to build this place into the rock. Actually pretty amazing. Anyway, the toilets… and here’s your 2 stars minus. Two toilets. One of them in most horrendous way clogged. The other one with a defect flush button. Honestly, this is such a nice place, it wasn’t the end of the peak season. Maintain your interior. Sure needed a 2nd beer after this. The food itself wasn’t bad or so, rather lower average though. As a starter for two people we had the Papas arrugadas for € 4,-. Those where good and a lot, even though not salty at all. The Revuelto verduras for € 8,20, as well as the Tacos de pescado for € 9,40 where nothing special. The amount of vegetables on the plates was disappointing and overcooked. Since lower average isn't good enough for a restaurant, another minus 1 star. Might have been a bad day to visit, but the restaurant itself and the terrasse are really nice. Even with turning a blind eye and much to our regret, we just can’t recommend this place. It could be so much more, but just isn’t. Why going to a restaurant when the food isn’t truly tasty? A disappointment unluckily.

Good place to have lunch, amazing food and moderate prices. The fruity wine is highly recommended. The staff are friendly. Imagine dining in a cave !with a great view of the mountains. I would not say 4 stars only because of the luxury.

Stunning location for a sunset meal. We were last to dine and had the place to ourselves, the waitress, the cook and the cats. Most of the menu items were fine but the waitress kindly wrote out what was still on offer. We began with a mixed starter of cheeses, chorizo, new potatoes and croquettes. All home made and tasty. For mains we both had pork chops and fries. Fine thick chops on the bone, well seasoned. Watched the sun go down and day turn to night high above the island of Gran Canaria - memorable. That’s why you should go, at sundown to an outside table.
