Restaurante La Pequeña Taberna

I enjoyed my food here, but felt it was a little overpriced for the quality and quantity as I had many better meals in Spain for substantially less money. We had the artichokes, grilled vegetables, cod, and pork with berries. I will give credit for the excellent service we received and it was a very upscale and inviting atmosphere…and despite being pricey, the food was good, it just dint blow me away.

We had the Murcian tasting menu which was very good. Great to have authentically vegetables, fish and meat. The restaurant was full and it's advisable to book but we were lucky to get a table. There were plenty of options for vegetarians. Friendly and efficient service.

The ambience is so nice. Food is also good, maybe a bit expensive. Pisto murciano was good!

We've been taken by this restaurant. Despite the horrendous trip to park in Murcia and half hour walk, we came across this restaurant. Tired we booked a table, at opening time. Not sure what would get. It was a revelation how busy it was. Literally it seems to occupy 3 different locations and they all seem to be booked up. We had the fixed menu for €45/person. 6 courses. No drinks. But we were amazed by the quality of the meal. The speed and the friendly service. The wines we added were exceptional. They claim to be Murcian specially and we agreed. Cheeses, salads and the fresh tuna/ lamb melted with the wines and we had a fabulous (surprised) excellent meal. But we advise to book. It got really full really quickly. Nice vibes and mix of locals and ex pats on the know. We really recommended this tasty menu. Not sure about the parking after walking 40 mins to our car, but seriously happy with the food we had. And the service. Recommended

One of the extraordinary restaurants of Murcia. Everything is close to perfect. Delicious food, very professional and friendly service, excellent wines. We had the dinner menu last time we came here. We can only recommend it. Also the homemade Sangria was one of the best we ever had. We will definitely continue coming here whenever in Murcia.

Very good, attentive, quick, service, nice venue and absolutely great food. We were able to make a last minute reservation for a monday night and tasted some local dishes. We loved it and would definitely recommend.

Great restaurant! We had the menu and it was great! The variety of vegetables was nice and everything was well flavoured. The meat was soft and tasty. The service was friendly and fast. The ambient is fine and I liked the decorations. Definitely a good place for a menu and to get a taste of the regions specialities.

Great food and friendly service! The only thing I wouldn't recommend is the "paparajote" because it was soggy and not crunchy at all. Apart from that, it was an amazing experience. Great artichoke and Angus beef, especially the creamy and full of taste potatoes.
