Restaurante La Solana

A few years ago, the monkfish tail here was really unforgettable, with a cute plate, round bread on the table, everything was finger-licking, and I came back again. The monkfish cooking method has changed to an ordinary fish dish, but fortunately the seafood 🦞 paella is absolutely five stars, not too salty, everything just right!! Oysters are fresh and sweet. Still will keep come back here again on my next trip. :)

It was absolutely delicious and expertly prepared dishes. Octopus, lubina and merluza all cooked to perfection. Service was marvelous and professional with wonderful recommendations. It is kid friendly too with a kids menu. We can't wait to be back to try more dishes.

WARNING - Prices outside are different from what they have in the restaurant … would have left a good bote but these things should be revisited by the owner… if you change the the price … CHANGE EVERYWHERE. Also on the outdated website - Nice place for a pit stop (open on Monday night) … 🐙 order yes or yes 👍🏻

Absolutely amazing. I had the Hake fish in Sider sauce and this has to be the best plate of sea food / fish I’ve had since arriving into Galicia. Service was very good. Professional. Wine was beautiful with plenty of options. Thankyou and hopefully we will book again before returning to Scotland

We went to this place with 6. Ordered dinner. The food was good, as was the wine. The waiter was unresponsive, we had to ask several times if we needed something and the place wasn't crowded all. The portions were good. The price is high. The bread that they put on the table costs 1,2 eur per person, this isn't indicated anywhere. If you don't want this tell the waiter to take it away.

I had the best meal in ribadeo here. The lobster rice was the best. It was rich and buttery and the lobster was fresh. I loved the seafood jam and mouse turron too. Food was excellent and service staff was patient. They tried their best to get me a table even though they were full. Muchas gracias!

Fabulous fresh fish restaurant.

We ate the langoustines with almonds it was very delicious !!! And then took the lobster rice, it was nice but the entrada was so good that the rice felt less delicious. Very nice selection of wine. And everything was from Galicia! The service was really really good, thank you again Paco ! The hours of opening are a bit weird if you're not Spanish, so check if it's open before going Would recommend
