This restaurant blew me away from the moment I stepped in the door. The service was incredible, full of friendly, knowledgeable staff, who were obviously in love with their food, and for good reason. We had the octopus starter, truffle pasta entrée, crème brulee and affogato for dessert; each was more wonderful than the last. They even slightly warmed the local brandy we had as an apparatif. Each plate was perfectly executed, fresh, and brimming with local ingredients.
They were almost fully booked, so I reccomend showing up at opening, or making a reservation. Definitely a must visit if you are in Sóller.
