Omg yum! Found most of the tapas rich in Zaragoza. But this place -wow - think “dim sum” (small plates) Spanish food. Highly recommend if you’re used to a clean (Singaporean) palate like me but want some flavour and variety. Order 1 item each to share so you can sample the whole menu..hee. Ordered 1, 3, 11, 13, 4, and 22 on the menu in my pic. All 😋 yummy

Very nice restaurants that served modern-style tapas. It feels like you can order random stuff and it will taste good

It is a very nice place for having tapas, let the waiter recommend you for the tapa, it will be a total success!!! Service a bit slow ....

I had a fantastic experience at Restaurante Méli Mélo on a bustling Saturday night. The atmosphere was vibrant, and despite the crowd, the staff remained attentive and friendly. We opted for the chef's selection of eight different tapas, and they truly exceeded our expectations. In my opinion, some of the best tapas in Zaragoza! The staff took the time to explain the menu, which was greatly appreciated, and they even had an English version of the tapas menu available. However, we managed just fine with a little help from translation. I wholeheartedly recommend Restaurante Méli Mélo to anyone seeking an authentic and delicious tapas experience in Zaragoza. It has certainly become one of my new favorite places to dine.

Superb food… although I wish they took the time to share more the details of the food. Our server was a bit short of temper and was discombobulated at times. May be not his best day.

We were in a rush to get lunch and this was the first place that popped up. It is in the El Tubo area which is known for tapas. When we got there we saw all the awards on the door. We guess must be a good choice. We were not disappointed at all. The tapas here were amazing. The service was great. We sat at the bar and ordered. The server didn’t speak English so were pointed at the items we wanted to try. That worked out perfectly. The coffee was also great! Along with the Rosa. We had a good experience here and would definitely recommend it.

Yelp
This is my favorite restaurant in Zaragoza! All of the dishes are so unique. My favorite is the mi cutie con helado de Sandia! Wow...I dream about this dish! The flavor combo together is unreal. This dish sings! Whenever we're in Zaragoza we make sure to come to this restaurant and I must order this dish. I wouldn't be lying if I told you we purposely stopped in Zaragoza on a road trip just for this dish! On a one night start t we actually came for dinner and again for lunch before we had to go. But the ambiance and decor are all so lovely. This last time what the first time I visited as a parent with kids and the staff were so kind and accommodating, especially when my baby girl was crying. The small plates here are so inventive. This is a perfect date night restaurant, friend hang and even a family meal out! Try all the dishes! You'll love it.

Yelp
Recommended by locals, and I can understand why! They won multiple awards for their tapas and they will point out their top 5 tapas in the menu. Their platings are aesthetically pleasing and the tapas were bursting with flavors. I don't have a favorite dish because everything was equally amazing. I do want to point out their artichokes since these are the best artichokes I've ever eaten! I usually dislike it but this changed my mind on the veggie. English friendly aka English menu is available and the waiters speak English so communication wasn't an issue.

Yelp
A modern boutique restaurant that serve tapas with some modern twists. The steak and foie toast is very generous. The octopus salad is tasty. Ordered a bunch of other tapas as well and most of them are lovely. The ramen croquette is probably the only one that I don't like as much. But overall a great tapas restaurant for dinner / some bites before dinner.

Yelp
Ridiculously fantastic spot for tapas! Get here early because it fills up rather fast. Try a bit of everything and drink some great wine. Unpretentious, tasty, and great service. Perfect!

Yelp
This is our second trip to Zaragoza since we first experienced Meli Mēlo and we definitely had to make it back and I'm happy to say the did not disappoint. These are not just your Daddy's traditional tapas, they elevate tapas with such a creative artistic flare, they are simply amazing, and your not paying an over-priced premium. And then there's the staff, even on a very busy night they were beyond wonderful and so patient with me being the only non-Spanish speaker of the group. When looking at the Tapas Case, they kindly explained each one. All the staff we interacted with spoke good to excellent English. The place is very popular but small. We got there at 7 but they didn't open until 8 so we went to have a drink. We got there at 8:05 and the inside was full already so we sat outside but we were perfectly comfortable in spite if it being December. I don't write many reviews but I had to here. Today I'm having lunch at their other location on Calle Libertad and everything I said above applies equally here, only comment is this place is smaller and had a slightly smaller menu.

Yelp
Excellent pinchos, some of the best I've had during my couple weeks in Spain. I particularly enjoyed the calamare (very tender squid wrapped around a crab salad and a large shrimp) and the bacalao over tomato. Great atmosphere, and great service from the staff who put up with my extremely broken Spanish.
