First all starters are offered after which you need to make an active choice which ones you'd like to keep on your table. The main dish was a little too quickly served, but the kind staff put it back on the grill after finishing the first course. The grilled swordfish fish is simple offered (with little salad and some potatoes), but very nice prepared by taste.

The seafood was not fresh, and the dishes were overcooked and bitter. To make matters worse, the food arrived cold. When the staff found out we weren’t ordering alcohol, their attitude changed noticeably. We won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend this place.

While this was in a tourist main drag, it was a very Portuguese restaurant with delicious and fresh fish! We went straight to the restaurant after getting off a Berlenga tour boat (around 6:45, early for Portuguese standards but on time for tourist standards in my opinion), and we were seated right away. However many tables were reserved, so definitely reserve your spot or get there early. We ordered the special of the day, which was fried eels, along with the fried squid (chocos fritas) and the seafood soup. We also had the octopus salad and bread that was brought to the table but refused the other small dishes. With a bottle of house wine and a bottle of fresh water, we ended up paying around 60€ for two people. It was a great date night and I would go back there for fresh seafood again

Busy family restaurant - fresha and juicy roasted fish, douradha and robalo were great! At dinnertime it was full of local families, which speaks for itself. Authentic restaurant among the tourist ones. Recommend!

Avoid!! Overcooked fish. Massive question mark over freshness. Staff are not friendly. We complained about €19 fish being overcooked and the waitress shrugged her shoulders, speaks for itself. Do not go here.

Excellent seafood of high quality. Good wine and friendly attentive staff. We are repeat customers. Highly recommend this restaurant.
