The seafood was not fresh, and the dishes were overcooked and bitter. To make matters worse, the food arrived cold. When the staff found out we weren’t ordering alcohol, their attitude changed noticeably. We won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend this place.

First all starters are offered after which you need to make an active choice which ones you'd like to keep on your table. The main dish was a little too quickly served, but the kind staff put it back on the grill after finishing the first course. The grilled swordfish fish is simple offered (with little salad and some potatoes), but very nice prepared by taste.

One of the best places to eat in Portugal ! The service was super nice and OMG the food was just perfect ! Can’t wait to come back !

Excellent seafood of high quality. Good wine and friendly attentive staff. We are repeat customers. Highly recommend this restaurant.

In complete contrast with my previous review from a restaurant in Algarve, there was nothing we could fault at this place, starting from made feel welcome and nothing was too much effort to the fact that prices reflected the quality i can only recommend this reataurant very highly. Ordered a Mista de Peixe for 2 (mix of fish) and when asked if the serving was really enough for 2 fish eaters, the chef came out with a tray of what would the serving be, showing us exactly what would the fish used. Having a teen fussy eater also being taken care of by giving her enough options for her to be able to join us at dinner was amazing also. Definitely will return to Peniche and this will be a must return place.

Unpleasant service. When we got the bill, I asked the waitress (a woman) for a coffee and she answered me annoyed and making faces because she had already closed the bill. Never again. The quality of the food was average

Great restaurant, fresh fish, kind and helpful service and nice atmosphere

Spent here 11.5€ on a vegetarian dish, which I'm very grateful they display two vegetarian options (Omelete and burger). Sadly, the food quality didn't correspond to it's high price. The burger was burnt, tasted average, rice was dry and tasteless, french fries were just fine. As for the fish plate, it came burnt as well and pretty dry with boiled potatoes on the side (around 15€). Basically, everything was okay, but not any special. Service is fast here though despite of a great number of clients, it tends to get crowded. The best thing about this place is the open view to the street, especially beautiful at night.
