Restaurante Pizzeria Cahuita

Awesome place to eat with tables right on the water. The pizza was exceptional. Prices are a little steep but overall worth it. We had howler monkeys visit when we were eating.

Another restaurant that made us want to go back...three times. We had a variety of dishes including pizza, all were excellent. The last night we were there they seated us on the deck by the ocean. The other nights were rainy and windy and we were seated inside, which has very nice decor. If I had a single negative comment it would be about our servers not being quite as attentive as they could have been. This only happened on nights one and two. I had to go to the bar and ask them to take our drink order and then again to the bar to ask for our bill on nights one and two. The servers appeared to be having a very entertaining conversation at the bar. On night three we were well looked after especially considering the distance from the oceanside deck to the main restaurant. The pictures are from three visits. After receiving a response from the owner I am editing this review as I am always impressed by owners who respond to reviews. It shows they are engaged in their business and their customers.

A taste of Italy in Cahuita. The pizzas are phenomenal. I was pleasantly surprised to find my favorite wine on the menu (Valpolicella). The staff is friendly. We were able to dine on the deck right by the water. Highly recommend.

Relaxing atmosphere with seats facing the ocean. A few vegan options (pasta and pizza). Good WiFi. Servers are nice. A bit on the pricy end among the options in town.

We asked for no Ham aka Pork on the appetizer and the food came with Pork. They did not replace it or discount it. The waitress argued as if she was in the right. She simply doesn't know what cuts come from a pig. It ruined the experience. $130 for bland food and bad attitude. No Bueno. Good thing the tip is included because I wouldn't have left one... I actually don't drink.. The menu said ham in Spanish. We said no Ham No pig. They should use their brain more often. It speaks volumes about how someone speaks to customers and handles situations. Good luck staying in business!

We have been here twice during our 4-day vacation in Cahuita. We had Pizza Rustica, Capriciosa, Trufa and Napoli plus some starters. To drink some Mojitos. Pizza and drinks were awesome! We were here during rain season, no reservation was needed.

Pizza is delicious. Unless you have a beast appetite, a pizza is good to share! House red wine was good as well. The view is beautiful. 👌🏻

Good pizza, bit pricey. No swimsuits allowed
