Restaurante Riquísimo

Got grilled chicken breast with the side of rice and beans, plantain and salad. My partner had coconut curry chicken over rice. Both dishes were absolutely delicious and felt like a hearty, home made meal - exactly what I was craving. Big portions as well. The restaurant was full and the wait for food didn't seem long.

Got the rice and beans with beef in Caribbean sauce and a choco malt shake. Service was a bit slow but the food was decent. The rice and beans are tasty. The meat ft.lkke it was lacking in flavour/spice a bit. It was very mild but tender. Overall, it was an ok meal.

Got the chicken in the Caribbean sauce. Portion was large. Mojito was good.

One of the best meals I had in Costa Rica. The food is amazing, and the juices out of the world. I loved both the Casado, super tasty, and the passion fruit juice, it was ice cold and super nice.

I got the Red Snapper with rice and beans (rice n peas) and was very impressed. The fish was perfectly fried, seasoned, and fresh. The Caribbean sauce taste similar to Jamaican Brown Stew, but was a lot lighter. Very well done on the sauce! Toastones (smashed green Plantain) was fresh and fried just right. The salad was extremely good. Not too much dressing, just right. Great overall experience and atmosphere is great with the mix of Soca and Bachata music. Best food I have had on Puerto Viejo all week. This gave me real Caribbean vybz.

Food and service were great! Big portion for a fair price. Enjoyed the atmosphere and both employees/owners were pleasant.

Excellent food + great price ! Going there every morning :) My favorite Spicy Breakfast : Gallo Pinto + Huevos Rancheros = 2500c + Hiel ( spicy plants drink ) 1400c Also try the Guayabana Juice All day they are serving the special and very good chicken rice for 2600

This was the first spot we ate at in puerto viejo. It was so good we came back so it would be our last. Can’t go wrong with any choice. The people are nice and the place is very clean too.
